Does anyone have the names of the people who gave Carrie CPR?

Yeah, I'm just going to wait untill Morning to see WTF is going on.
Carrie's in FINE hands I'm sure. It's her battle, we KNOW she can beat it

I'm feeling extremely anxious right now. Star Wars has been and still is a huge part of my life so this is almost like hearing that this happened to a family member. I hope she pulls through. :csad:

As someone who worked at UCLA for many years, I can tell you for SURE that the specialists at UCLA are frelling rock stars. They are not only practitioners, but also have research and teaching responsibilities. Their resumes are jaw dropping. They saved my wife's life. I hope they can do the same for Carrie.

That's reassuring.

Oh Have no doubt that UCLA more than capable to care for her, but if her body can't save itself is another story.

I'm feeling just as anxious. Star Wars was my childhood and to see one of the stars on the verge of life and death situation pains me too see it happening :csad:. Hope she makes it through this ok.

All too true. Hopefully she got CPR immediately. There were reports that it took 15 minutes to detect a pulse. That's scary.

I hope we get an update soon. I'd like to know if she is responsive at all. If her brain's damaged it won't be able to regulate her vitals.

Frankly I'm amazed she's even alive. She was very lucky to have made it off that plane.

Just read she's in stable condition, according to her brother. Thank the maker.

2016, yeah, F-you

Though I wish it were true, her brother has since come out and corrected his original statement. He said what he meant was that she had been stabilized enough to be transferred out of the Emergency Room, but that her condition was not stable. He said she is now in the ICU and that he doesn't have any news on her condition, either good or bad.

It's been reported that she stopped breathing for 10 minutes. The reports are murky right now but there is a difference between a heart attack and cardiac arrest, which can have no signs of breathing. Often the victims can die within minutes.

I'm just saying that she didn't die on the plane as they were hauling her off to the hospital, and now she's on a ventilator. I'm saying that's a good sign, but I wanna say it is. But anything can happen though. I'm no doctor.

This is the confusing part right now. I'm still hearing varying reports on either. It's better if she had a heart attack which is a blockage of blood flow to the heart and damage to the heart tissue. With cardiac arrest your heart stops beating completely and then as I said earlier the fear is lack of oxygen to the brain and brain damage.

This was also misreported with Alan Thicke who didn't suffer a heart attack, he had an aortic dissection (which is what John Ritter also died of), but that's at least understandable because you wouldn't know that right away and would have symptoms of a heart attack.

Anyway, I'm praying she makes it though this!

To be honest, there's been so many unconfirmed reports that we just have to wait now.
