So hard to decide how to cast for midtown crew as we have no clue range they will go and age of some characters.
Well that's all good man. Dylan has a really unique blend of awkward geeky humor. He's charming and charismatic and yet can still be a dork, much like chris pratt. He also looks exactly like Peter Parker to me, more than any other candidate ive ever seen. So that's why I like the dude and think he fits like a glove. But hey your opinion is your opinion and that's awesomeEhhhhhhhhhh. He's in the right age area, but I personally just don't get the hype for him. Just my personal opinion.
Still, I do prefer the idea of her being MJ personally. That said, if it isn't her, I think Odeya Rush would be a great alternative...

And yes, I think the red hair suits her much better than blonde imo, plus her personality is on point too
Thanks man, I appreciate that. If by some off-chance Dylan were to be cast in the role, I'd get over it and be glad for the folks who wanted him in the role so badly.
He does look like Peter, but I think part of my problem is that maybe he's a bit too good looking for the role. Peter grows up to become a hottie, sure, but I like the idea that he's a bit of an ugly duckling-type of character. I just find it more interesting.
It's like how people have pointed out that just because an actor is wearing glasses doesn't automatically make him look like Peter Parker. I think there's a bit of an emotive quality too. A uniqueness. I think that's why I'm more intrigued by options like Holland or Plummer.

As the self-appointed Leader of the Annasophia revolution, I approve![]()

Sold.

If we ever see Miles, what do you guys think about Donald Glover playing his dad?It would be in 10 or 15 years so he would probably be old enough and it would be nice for him since hes a big fan of spidey (and inspiration for Miles).
How about Caitlin Blackwood?
Caitlin Blackwood played young Amy Pond on Doctor Who, right? She could definitely do a good job, provided she's able to do a good American accent.Blackwood would definitely be a solid choice for a more Ultimate-ish Mary Jane Watson.
