What about Forest Whitaker as Robbie Robertson?

That's a nice name. I was thinking what about Daniel Dae Kim for a role. I don't know which off hand. But I always liked him from lost and five o. And would like to see him join the mcu.

Yeah me too. He has a good voice for Mysterio although I want Sharlto Copley for that personally. Daniel would be great for wong in Dr. Strange. Also, he could've been a good mandarin

Forest Whitaker is far too great an actor to be wasted on Robbie. Nothing against Robbie (I've always been a fan of the character), but Whitaker deserves a role like Redford's.

Lennie James is still my pick.

But he's so uncharismatic... I'd like someone with more of a fatherly feel.

i said it before for robbie i rather see joe morton or ernie hudson(as long as he doesnt land a black panther role).

Thanks, guys. I hears his name in the news with the Star Wars thing and thought he might be good for the role. I think Gregory Allan Williams would be a good Robbie.

Eddie Murphy for Robbie Robertson. :oldrazz:

Or is he too funny and would he make Peter Parker seem too square if his humour isn't up to scratch?

i would love to see eddie, but i dont think he would do comic book movies. Even though it is more family friendly stuff as he has been doing last decade. I rather see eddie go back to 80s eddie.

It'd be cool to see a funny guy take on the role. Robbie is already a bit of a flat character that wouldn't get much screen time, so someone who can bring their own dynamics to the role would be ideal.

After watching Jurassic World, I really like the idea of Nick Robinson as Harry Osborn. I could see him matching up well with a Peter Parker played by Tom Holland, but I think he could still work with Charlie Rowe.

Plus, I think he could pass as the son of Ethan Hawke, my choice for Norman.

He could also pass as McCounaghey's son :hmm

Ray Liotta as Hammerhead

He could just as easily play Sandman. He was a bruiser too. Or Hydro Man for that matter.

What about this guy:
latest

Maurice benard from general hospital for hammerhead. I know it be a bit of type casting the guy.

Whoever plays Hammerhead needs to wear prosthetics anyway. I don't want one with a normal-shaped head.

Mark Valley definitely looks like a Hammerhead.

Not really. Maybe in that photo, but not generally. He looks more heroic and doesn't really seem big or tall enough anyway. I think you need someone with more of the heft of Vincent D'Onofrio again. Not sure who there is like that.

Scott Caan is very short. He's only about 5'5" or something like that. Everyone towers above him in Hawaii Five-0.

I could still kinda see it:

But I agree, we need someone with a bit more heft. Do you have anyone particularly in mind?

Well not really. Brian Dennehy might've worked a few years ago but he's probably just too old now at 76.

But we need someone of that kind of size who would seem like a mafia boss as well.

Mark Valley isn't all that tall either. I remember Chi McBride towering over him in Human Target.
