Wow I was expecting more of a finale, just like in Peters dream with all of the cars emptied in the street. Wow, so when does Generations come out? I seriously cannot wait..

Why didn't Peter just fly himself away?

Peter can only use one power at a time. The nuclear power Ted had, Peter had a difficult time controlling. Thus, he needed Nathan to fly him up, hence Nathan saying, "You saved the cheerleader... So WE could save the world."

lol Peter can only use ONE power at a time, the nuclear power of Ted's he could NOT control. He learned to control most of the powers, but this one for some reason he couldn't. He didn't have enough time to control it. What set it off is perhaps disbelief that he thought he could save the world and not blow up but he needed his bastard brother who, in the end, out of love for his younger brother and the world, nathan helped peter save the world.

I loved the finale, it wasnt epic but it tied up what needed to be tied up very nicely.

I suspected that Nathan would be the one to fly Peter into the sky and looks like I was right. But it was pretty obvious as to why Peter couldnt fly himself. He couldnt control Teds power so how do you expect him to tap into another pwoer?

I am a little dissapointed that they would let Sylar live though since if he can survive that then why did he feel the need to have Claires power.

And I do wish the fighting was a bit longer espically the Nikki vs. Candace and everyone vs. Sylar. Add like 2 more minutes to each and wouldve been better I think.

Genesis was a great chapter and hopefully Generations will be just as good. It is also an interesting concept to use when approaching each season.

9/10 for the final, 8.5/10 for the entire season.

Has Peter ever been able to use more than one power at a time?

I don't think he has, but I may be wrong... plus, all Nathan had to do was fly him way the hell up there then drop him and bolt. All Peter would need to do would be to give him a few seconds time to fly off then explode harmlessly.

That episode was way too anti-climactic for my liking, but still a very good first season.

thats why this show is soo awesome it leaves you with soo many questions yet provides great suspens, peter and nathan both could be alive, nathan could have just gone really high and let go him of him, and we know peter can regenerate, so who knows.

it was a great show.

It was a pretty toned down episode. No big action packed moments. How did Matt become so stupid? And Dl shouldn't even be standing.

i think the cockroach is some sort of symbolism for sylar, there was also a roach in the room he was in when bennett captured him.

I could have sworn I read a while ago that the finale was going to be two hours.

I really liked the episode though. But an hour just seemed too short. Even 90 minutes would have been better.

I hope we get a real Peter/Sylar fight sometime.
