My theory:

Nathan coming in to fly pete away just before exploding WILL happen

Hiro will be the one to take sylar out but it'll be unclear whether he dies

Parkman is as good as dead

DL is alive, touching linderman's brain (as this is the power centre) will be enough to heal him.

I think ando will try to fight sylar but hiro will save him somehow

There has to be a nikki candice fight somewhere...not sure how it'll pan out though
