This show really is starting to get alot better hopefully they can keep this up!
SURPRISE!!! Peter has been hiding he new form ability from every one. So now his first season power has now must touch instead of feeling them!!
This episode was pretty meh...nothing exciting happened. I do think Nathan is going to die.
Why did Peter touch Nathan near the end ? He already could fly
I thought she looked familiar, you think Noah is gonna take the riens from the Bald guy in the organization? Just a thought.
He can only hold one ability at a time now. So he had Parkman's power prior to the end, then he absorbed Nathan's flight afterwards.
Nathan flew in and grabbed Peter then flew away. At first I thought Peter just flew as well but that wasn't the caseAfter The Hunter shot him & Peter fell he flew away without having to touch Nathan & he still had Parkman's power at the time. I don't remember Nathan being near Peter

This was another one of those episodes which seemed just okay. First of all, having Peter and Matt do jedi mind-tricks through building 26 was a little amusing, but nothing overly spectacular. Although, at least you've got Peter using his some intelligence in realizing they could (ahem) expose the Hunters operations. Not to mention Matt's cocky smirk at the video camera while the Nathan, HRG, and the hunters helplessly watched. Although isn't it convenient that Peter and Matt managed to find a USB flash drive right then and there?
Then you had the story in which Claire and her mom try to help Alex escape. To me this was somewhat of a mixed bag. On the one hand, it gives Mrs. Bennet some degree of character development in the sense that she proves how resourceful and clever she can be and laments the fact that she's been lied to for so long because Claire and HRG thought she couldn't handle it (of course, much of that "lying" was the Haitain wiping out her memories whenever she stumbled on the truth to the point she practically had a tumor--whatever happened to THAT subplot from season 1?). Then we get a forced romance between Claire and Alex, including cliche's about hiding him in the closet, spotting him naked, tumbling down a hill so where they look like they're about to have sex, and stealing the kissing scene from Waterworld in which Adam "breathes for both of them." Um, you do realize she can't drown, right Aqualad? And how in the world could that FBI agent NOT see those air bubbles or spot them with her flashlight in a 9 foot swimming pool? But the most cringe-worthy moment had to be Claire and Alex flirting with each other over the old marriage satistics about how 50% marriages end in divorce while the other 50% stay together. Sure, it's not nearly as bad as the Clarie/West relationship and thankfully it only lasted for one episode, but even so.
Even the Sylar and Luke road trip seemed a little dull. Not to mention a little cheesy when it got into flashback mode with Fleetwood Mac's "The Chain" in the background, along with the a splash of red for blood to envoke Sin City or some such. And we get yet ANOTHER retcon of Sylar in the process, as it appears that Sylar's real father--along with killing Sylar's mother--had telekinetic powers, which apparently explains why Sylar has such great control over them and that it's actually part of a latent ability, even though it was clearly established that Sylar stole it from someone else in season 1. So, things were looking average to okay at best.
Until the last couple of minutes.
First there was that scene of Sylar putting Luke in his place and pretty much telling him how he's just trying to run away from his problems while posing him for some head slicing action. Even though Sylar spared him, I have a feeling that this dynamic duo is pretty much over before it started to get annoying like Hiro and Ando.
We get Peter releasing the clip of the specials being hauled off like prisoners in Gitmo to the news media and thus screwing Nathan's plans in the process.
Then there was Mr. Danko, who even though I still think is pretty one-dimensional villain at this point, shows how ruthless he can be and desperate he is in proving how those with powers are essentially terrorists by rigging Matt up with an explosive vest to blow up the Capital. One might wonder if the paintings became a self-fulling prophecy rather than an actual one.
And finally, it's the return of Doyle the puppet master seeking Claire for help. That, of course, has got to be really awkward considering what happened between him and Claire. Although, I thought Sylar killed him at the end of volume 3? Seems like the show has continuity problems just like the comic books it takes inspiration from.
Next week, however, looks interesting enough, as it appears it's going to focus solely on Matt's current predicament.
I totally called that REBEL is Micah... its really obvious now![]()
Damn I hate nathan saving peter just let him have more than one power!
I would be inclined to agree. All the messages are sent through technology, as well as the aid provided--with his powers, Micah could definitely pull that off.
If I am not mistaken Hana was [BLACKOUT]killed in the online graphic novels[/BLACKOUT] but we know how that goesRestrict Peter to one power, people complain. Let him retain people's powers, people complain. There is no way the showmakers are going to satisfy everyone from the looks of it. At least now, Peter isn't so much of a God Mode Sue and doesn't look like an idiot for not simply using one of his myriad abilities to instantly solve the crisis.
Here's another possibility, Hana Gitelman.

If they kill off Matt and possibly Nathan this next episode then I will have have nearly all respect back for this show...otherwise everything is predictable and I don't think he will die![]()
