Might do a rachel in the dark knight and have her a small role but be killed early on

I mean maybe he will become green gobling early in this film but its rare for comic book films to show us a villian they plan on using for the next sequel, i mean just have to look at TASM end credits scene to show how webb likes to tease and leave us wondering

it would be a bigger cliff hanger and build up for fans for TASM3

With all the characters in this one, I am thinking more and more that we will get the Gwen Stacy death in the third one.

Really? With today's casting news I thought that pretty much 100% confirmed Gwen's death in the second movie. I'm not crazy about a kidnapping/cliffhanger ending, I think Gwen should die at the end of the 2nd movie, gotta hit the audience hard, end with a bang, way more effective (esp. the GA not familiar with the story, that will be a huge shocker)

You can't drag it out for two (maybe three) years when we all know what eventually happens to Gwen. Won't be as effective. Gwen's death and the GG reveal right at the end of the 2nd movie would be totally awesome and perfectly sets up the final movie. Plus, having Gwen die at the beginning at the 3rd movie would make it too depressing. There has to be a mourning/greiving process for Peter and 2 hours isn't enough to pull himself together and plot out his final revenge IMO.

Well, things are different now, and it's suddenly become cool for serious actors to be in superhero/franchise type movies, it's a good career move

Only thing I'm a little worried about is how a 61 year old guy is supposed to play the Goblin.

If Ben Kingsley who is nearly 70 can play The Mandarin, then I'm sure Cooper is up to the job. The good thing about the Goblin is because he's in a mask you can use a stunt actor for the really dangerous stuff.

having gwen die at the end of the 2nd film would be just as depressing, infact SM3 comes to mind... that ending was quite depressing

if it happens early in TASM 3 we have still see parts of a grieving process like Uncle ben in TASM

yeah all them stunts goblin does, all the aerobic flips and.. oh wait goblin does most his stuff on a glider or if its similar to hulk goblin it will be CGI

The Rhino Is created by oscorp working for shadowy Villain.

The Shadowy Villain makes his presence known as Green goblin.

There Is mystery on who the goblin Is.Peter begins to suspect Harry Is Goblin.

Towards end of film SPider-man and audence Is Inclined to believe Harry Is Goblin.Normal convinces Spider-man he will get harry help but audences see that Norman Is
the real villain of film.The ending sets up Norman working on way to finish off Spider-man when he thinks the goblin Is through.Setting up film version of ASM 121,122 for third film.
