Doubt it, seeing how the host was made what? 6 years ago, and was released in the US in March-ish.

Remaking that movie is an extremely stupid idea.

Um, American film makers butcher magnificent foreign films through remakes every year.

And yeah. The Host is already being remade. By Universal. LINK.

well I just saw the trailer for the 2nd time and I definantly heard lion

All my friends were pumped for it
and my friend next to me said "thats ****ed up" and I asked why and he said the explosion was right where the World Trade Center was anyone think theres a link between the 2 or they just picked a random spot in NYC?

Love the teaser, and I love how everything about this film is so under-wraps.

Plus having JJ Abrams producing the film means the film has alot going for it.

Is there anything in the bible about the end of days referencing a huge lion? I get the feeling this might be like a ''Beginning of the End" movie.
