Godzilla > Kong > Clovey
How about we compare the past 3 movies?
Godzilla > Kong > Clovey
What past 3 movies. Clovey has had 1 and Kong has had a lot and so has Gozilla. Godzilla is far more recogizeable and so is Kong than Clovey. As for who would win in a fight...Godzilla would beat Clovey easily as Clovey has no powers and just walks around looking for food and scratching his back. Even the American godzilla was bigger and badder than Clovey. How about we compare the past 3 movies?
yeah but have to respect a monster that can take alot of damage. Plus Clover does have one power. The guys that do fall off his back. If alot of them got on Godzilla then they might make his head go boom! What past 3 movies. Clovey has had 1 and Kong has had a lot and so has Gozilla. I doubt the parasites would have any effect on such a big creature with their venom. To add to that, they don't work for Clovey and if they were that inent on destroying Clovey...they would have crawled back on him.yeah but have to respect a monster that can take alot of damage. Matt said:cloverfield is the new king of monster
clover can wistand tanks, bazzokas, bombs from stealth planes and stuff. clover would put the beat down on godzilla. starangle him with his massive arms, then throw him. plus his parasites would make zilla explode![]()
I doubt the venom would have the same effect on Godzilla as it would a human. The parasites are so small that they would probably be the equivilant to a bee sting to him. People swell in only the area in which they are stung by a bee because they are infected with the apitoxin in such a low dosage. Now if a bee who is 6 feet tall stung you, the effects would be far worse and there is a chance you would swell beyond that which your body can sustain. That is what happened with the parasites. With something as massive as Godzilla, the worst they could do is give him a small swelling...and that is assuming that their teeth can even penetrate Godzilla's skin which is capable of having missiles shot at it without even flinching or having the skin break. There is a really good chance that the parasites teeth would not be able to penetrate the skin of Godzilla, especially being as, if I'm not mistaken, it was established in one of the movies that Godzilla's scales are harder than diamond.
Second, everything you've described that gives Cloverfield an "advantage" (ability to withstand tanks, missiles, etc) is something Godzilla has done. Ontop of that, Godzilla has withstood attacks from other monsters in his strength and size scale. Ontop of that he has withstood being at ground zero of a meteor impact and being completely submerged in magma.
The reason tank shells and missiles don't really hurt Clovy is because of the same reason the parasites would not hurt Godzilla. They are so small, they are the equivilant of bee sting or a mosquito bite to him. Godzilla on the other hand is capable of breathing concentrated rays of nuclear energy (and we do not know if Clovy could stand up to a nuclear blast, let alone one of that level...which would seem in essence impossible) and have the size and strength scale needed to actually damage it.
The one edge I would say that Cloverfield has would be speed agility, though we do not know exactly how agile it is, its body type goes to logic it would be a bit quicker and more agile that Godzilla.
But what I would see actually gives the edge to Godzilla is the fact that Godzilla is smart. J.J. Abrahms (who as Clovy's creator is the final authority) has admitted that Cloverfield is nothing more than a baby who has no real thought process outside of acting on the instinct of being afraid. Godzilla has shown the ability to rationally think out actions, reason out cause and effect, and even have a sense of humor. In the end, I believe the ability to have rational, abstract, thought is what would give Godzilla the edge.
Of course, at the end of the day, if they ever did fight, the only thing that would matter is who makes the movie.
If Toho made the movie, Godzilla would win. If Bad Robot made the movie, Clovy would win. Plain and simple.![]()
Yeah, he does look too small to be considered a big threat to Clover. This would be the movie:
KONG: *roars*
*Clover steps on Kong*
*waah-waah-waah-waaaaaaaaaah*
THE END
Compare that car to the head of the statue of Liberty.yeah because an ape the size of a two story house is insignificant

Alright this is stupid. Its like arguing a wwe match. If JJ wanted to, he could add a million things that could make Clover more powerfull over godzilla. And i was asking what was better? Godzilla 2000 or Cloverfield? Or even the recent King Kong or Cloverfield?
and yet Kong 1933 is considered by most, to be one of the greatest monster movies of all time and not a large misunderstood, confused panicky animal movie.Kong can never be America's monster, as he really wasn't a "monster." He was a misunderstood animal, who obviously had feelings that were near human. The only thing he was guilt of was being thrown into a strange enviroment and panicking. The people who led the expedition to bring him back to the US were the monsters.
so how is the view up on that high horse? He's still not a monster, regardless of what people think. These are probably the same people who call Adam from the Frankenstien series by his creators name...you know...******s who don't actually pay attention to even the names of the characters, let alone the complex themes being presented to them.
i was referring to your rant about "adam" Frankenstein and your rather snobbish remarks about people in general. Not my fault that Kong isnt a monster.
Compare the head of the statue of Liberty to crushing the head of a V-rex.
are you talking about the Jackson Kong or the 1933 Kong?Well, seeing as once Clover got there he proceeded to eat a bunch of people, as opposed to Kong who just tried to run away and got cornered, I would say he's a monster
And it's not my fault people in general are ******s, either.
they would have but the Feng shui was all wrong.1993 Kong was a monster, Jackson cut his balls off. I thought Kong & Ann were gonna sit down with a herbal tea, watch Oprah, and talk about their feelings.

yeah because two giant creatures in new york city causing panic have nothing in common.I can't believe some people are comparing King Kong to Clover.![]()
i do believe i heard this yesClover clearly could destroy all of manhattan. Has anyone else heard through the viral there could be more than 1?
it would take clover about a ady to destroy ny while it would take king kong about a weekyeah because two giant creatures in new york city causing panic have nothing in common.![]()
