Okay I read the first post and I think its a good idea lets hope everyone really takes this seriously since it could really help us to post and discuss our ideas and opinions in a far more civil manner. This will also help new members to understand what the hype is all about and how to carry themselves inside these boards and be respectfull to other members no matter what their opinion is. Great. I hope I would have my old account name Batman 833.

Ok here's the Deal.

This is an open call to the more established mature members of the Batman boards to help keep this place a civil environment for posters to express themselves and their views without risk of reprisal.



Rules in becoming a member:

All you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never underestimate your opponent. Expect the unexpected. Two, take it outside. Never start anything inside the bar unless it's absolutely necessary. And three, be nice.

Edit: #2 - Oops, I mean never start anything inside the thread. Just ask them to be civil. Don't use abusive language in return. Just call a Mod.

Also list it in your sig. that you are a member, ie. - Member of SOTBF or something like that.


Again, I want you to be nice until it's time to not be nice. Just report it to the mods.

Remember, nobody ever wins a fight.

No, i dont blame you for that, you banned 2 ppl in the wrestling thread a day after they argued with you, and seeing how everything is locked here and all the "dont post your opinions, pics only" and miranda this and miranda that crap, you're not that good. you were a great guy before you became a mod, now you're an ass. My friend, he is doing a great job, its a learning curve for him as well.. Hunter is still the guy ive always known. You need to take a step back and realise that being a MOD isn't as easy as you would think.

I think Hunter is doing a great job as a MOD. He know's how to balance fun and laying down the law. I think all the MOD's on these boards do a great job, running the show. It's a thankless job.

I have more experience on the boards with LS, C.Lee and Hunter, only because they frequent the same boards that I frequent. I also have experienced Immortalfire, MEHZEB, Drakon, and Morg doing their jobs, and still having fun.

To attack a MOD is simply just weak and ridiculous. Thinks are not as easy as they same.

You guys can then be called SOBS and have it mean something nice. It has a nice ring to it, reminds me of the Sons of Liberty formed during the American Revolution.

I banned Horrorfan (don't remember if I did anyone else) for some stuff he said in the Rasslin thread. He had a long list of warnings and reprimands but still insisted on saying things that were way out of line. So....please get your facts straight before you start the name calling next time.

My name calling had nothing to do with horrorfan, and it wasn’t name calling, my opinion of him is that he's an ass from personal experience, from what I read here, and off the hype. But whatever, he's not as bad as others before him.
