Arrowverse General CRISIS on Infinite Earths - 5 show crossover (TAG SPOILERS!)

That's 3 1/2 hours which is plenty of time, plus lets not forget that Arrow is a prequel to Crisis so they will be doing a lot of leg work to get it started.
I don't watch Arrow. Guess maybe I'll need to catch season 8.

'Black Lightning' characters to appear in the Arrowverse's 'Crisis on Infinite Earths' crossover

Characters from Black Lightning will make an appearance in the network’s forthcoming Arrowverse crossover “Crisis on Infinite Earths,” the network confirmed at the Television Critics Association summer press tour Sunday morning.

Black Lightning is separate from the Arrowverse shows since it premiered in 2018; however, the premise of this year’s crossover made this the right time to bring Black Lightning into the fold, according to CW president Mark Pedowitz.

“The whole theory of ‘Crisis on Infinite Earths’ is that alternative universes collapse,” Pedowitz told reporters Sunday. “This is a DC property. We felt that it might be the right time if [executive producer Salim Akil] was interested in doing it. We had a conversation with Salim, and he said, yes, it made a lot of sense to make the connection at this point. He’s in his own universe. He is doing his own thing. We would have done it if he had not signed off on it."

I’m not sure how the character embargoes work. But if a loophole allows for “Bruce Wayne” (though not Batman), then perhaps the same applies to “Diana Prince.”
To me, it sounds like embargoes may be lifted for Crisis.

At this point, what is the point of the embargoes? We’ve seen Batman on Titans—although it was a dream sequence (and going to see Bruce in season 2). We saw Batman in Gotham (albeit briefly). And now we’re getting Conroy playing him in this. Theres no need to pussyfoot around it anymore. We’ve got Superman, just give us BATMAN on TV.

I think they're allowed to put Bruce Wayne on TV... as long as there's a long age gap between that version and the cinematic version.

Since you are gonna have a young Batman in the movies, you can now have an old Bruce Wayne on TV.

Maybe… Still - and how do I put this delicately? :word: - it might be a tad presumptuous to expect 68-year-old Carter to don the WW leotard again. So a pretext to keep her in her Diane Prince guise serves an additional purpose (beyond a possible embargo).

If that's the case, i dont understand that embargo, i mean Grant Gustin is just two years older than Ezra Miller

Them getting Hamill would be awesome, but didn't Hamill play Trickster on Flash ?
He played Trickster on both live action Flash shows, as well as voiced him in the DC Animated Universe, Justice League Action, and the DC LEGO movie universe.

Other DC characters he has voiced:
The Joker (obviously)
Solomon Grundy (DCAU)
The Spectre (Batman: the Brave and the Bold)
Tony Zucco (The Batman)
Sinestro (LEGO DC)
Swamp Thing (Justice League Action)

And various minor DCAU characters.

If they get Hamill as The Joker. It. Is. ON. This is gonna be the most hyped tv event ever.

And I guarantee you guys, this isnt the end, they’ve still got some big casting announcements coming soon.

Awesome. I saw from another DC page I follow smack talking Lance as a source. I'm just curious what he has gotten right in the past with this type of news? I did see he posted a picture where it looked like he was on the set of Titans. So I'm guessing he has to have some sort of connection to DC.

Lance just said on a live stream in the DC Universe Crossover page that JWS will indeed be back as Earth 90 Flash!!!! :wow::D

Also mentioned that Lynda Carter is being discussed!

I have a feeling Conroy is just going to be the voice. Like he will talk to Kane’s character over the phone and say good job or something

There'd be no reason to specify future Bruce if he was just voicing. This way he doesn't have to worry about suiting up or do anything physical.

He’s not just voicing Bruce, I guarantee you he’s physically playing him, they know the fans would be disappointed if we didnt see Conroy.
