I think they seem to be going for a 6-8 month space between shows. I'd expect Luke Cage around the time Civil War comes out.

I hope they get Georges St-Pierre to make an appearance as Batroc in a future season.

I would love to see Daredevil and Batroc fight on this show.

Batroc could work as some hired muscle. Batroc could of got loose when Hydra emerged and Shield fell.

That's a great idea. Would love to see that fight.

I was hoping to see Kingpin in a bowling alley.

Actually, Iron Fist is probably coming out at the same time as Civil War or slightly afterwards. Luke Cage is probably coming out in early 2017. I hope you enjoy waiting an additional year.

It's been confirmed that it'll be around 8 months in between series. It's been confirmed that Jessica Jones may be delayed until early next year. I'd expect it between October and February, probably around New Year's Day.

I'd rather see Batroc on Iron Fist. Same with Taskmaster if he isn't in Civil War. And possibly the real Mandarin get his debut by replacing Xao in Iron Fist Season 2 or 3.

As for other heroes' villains who I'd want to see fight DD, I'd be more for Mister Hyde from Agents of SHIELD (and Hulk if they ever get around to that fight), Electro from Spider-Man and Crossbones from Captain America. DD hasn't fought the latter much but it would be a really cool fight to see.

And Iron Fist lacks a rivalry with Taskmaster but that fight would be epic.

Also, I just realized that Captain America has a really poachable rogues gallery. That's probably why Fox was able to use Viper.

I'd also suggest DD vs Namor but I want to see him tackle the Avengers just to see how Steve and Bucky react to their former friend now threatening the surface world.

My reasoning is thus.

Daredevil is a dirty fighter and I want to see him in some no holds barred fights where you get some really brutal attacks in.

Iron Fist is more of a graceful acrobat.

Daredevil = The Raid; Iron Fist = The Matrix

I'd have guessed Luke Cage would drop after JJ. The main character is already cast after all. Iron Fist has no cast announced yet. Frankly it doesn't matter to me which comes first since I have the same level of interest in them both. I've never been a fan of any of these 4 characters so I have no personal preference as to what order they come in. My sole interest level is because they are part of the MCU which is something I am a huge fan of as a whole.

How on Earth would DD stand a ghost of a chance against Namor? That fight would last 2 seconds.

Stan Lee dragged it out a long, long time and had Daredevil simply not give up despite suffering serious injuries. Forget radar sense, Daredevil's real superpower is his will since he went the distance in that fight to the point where Namor eventually gave up since he was just beating on a bloody pulp at that point and DD turned a one-sided fight into a stalemate.

Namor must've been holding back then because he could easily kill DD with a single blow and it wouldn't even have to be anywhere near full strength either. Plus I don't see how DD can even injure Namor. Suby could just take a nap and let DD whale on him and it'd accomplish nothing. Namor gets hit with tank shells and bazookas and walks away. DD's fists and kicks ain't doing squat to him.

Blame Stan Lee.

Kedrell, you should read the story. What is says about DD is more interesting than who would win the fight. And it's obvious DD can't win physically, but the end result is interesting.

Dark Raven: Those Gladiator comics look awesome. BUT dont forget theyll probably be condensing a lot of things for the show. Itll be interesting to see how Potter fits in to it all.

I just looked up Melvin Potter and it says he works at a costume shop. I didnt even know that character. I guess that gives us the info on who makes DDs official costume. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gladiator_(Melvin_Potter)

You should check him out.

I do hope Potter does suit up at some point. He has the potential to have a Deathstroke or Wolverine-level of cool, both with his awesome armour and his iconic spinning wrist blades. He looks very badass and has a great design. It could be one of the most memorable-looking things on TV.

I'll look it up.

Looks like they're dealing with a potential plot hole there. I mean somebody he trusts has to help him design and construct the outfit.

If I were Matt's tailor, I'd be tempted to send him out in pink polka dots. But then I'm twisted that way.

I didn't know there was an earlier Gladiator. My sole experience was with the Shiar version of Superman with the bad mohawk.

But we don't know yet if Potter ends up doing the suit this time around. Weren't there speculations that Claire Temple would end up doing it?

I know how they could fix the plothole with DDs suit. Whoever designs it dies so noone knows who he really is. Unless they just do it in a very secret way so noone knows about it at all.

Yeah, nobody knows for sure who makes the Red Daredevil costume for Matt yet. We just know he doesn't make his own and given Gladiator's former occupation as a costume designer in the comics people are feeling there might be a connection. However, definitely not confirmed yet.

Surfer

Gladiator did make him one in the comics without knowing his identity though.

The Melvin Potter Gladiator is awesome and very iconic. It's just that X-Men became so popular, and the Shiar version was featured in the cartoon, that everyone mostly knows that version and forgets about the Potter version.

But he's quite possibly one of the coolest looking villains:

Almost even too good to just be a villain, kind of like how Ghost Rider was originally designed as one too, but looked too good to be one.

Dear Gladiator,

Hi, I need an awesome devil type suit w/ dark red coloring. Can you do it broseph?

Thanks!
