And in no way do I believe Devin Faraci's "bad buzz". Netflix has a reputation to uphold in their overall world conquest scheme. You best believe their first collaboration with Marvel is going to bring it. No way this is "bad".

My French is very patchy, but this says something like:

"And I can reveal, for having seen the first episodes, Daredevil is truly excellent!
Lots of violence, on a much greater level than Agents of Shield, and more (don't know what proche means) than Game of Thrones.
My newspaper is binded (contractually) under the logic of an NDA which prevents me from commenting on the reasons why Daredevil is a little artistic revolution within the large family of comic book adaptations."

Devin Faraci is someone I don't particularly like or often agree with - just today I found myself rolling my eyes at his comments on how people who became fans of the X-Men through the 90s cartoon rather than the comics aren't real fans - though it could be complacent to just utterly dismiss his comments as untrue. I certainly hope they're false... with how much I'm anticipating this, and knowing that this could be the last chance saloon for adapting Daredevil after the lukewarm reception for the 2003 film, I'll be genuinely gutted if this sucks. But more than just hoping for the best, I also think there's a lot of factors at play to suggest it will at very least be good. Marvel Studios haven't made a bad project yet. Netflix original shows are far more often hits than misses. The cast and crew lined up are incredibly strong. They'd have to work hard to screw this up.

I had to look that up on Twitter. I don't follow Devin for the condescending tone he has during conversations.

But I thought many people had tweeted out positive reactions (without giving full reviews).

I'm not worried at all. If S.H.I.E.L.D. can get a "fresh" rating on Rottent Tomatoes, I have no fear that Daredevil will get GREAT reviews.

So I just rewatched the motion poster and what do you know... JOSIE'S bar (with the S blinking on and off) is next to the diner. So awesome. Little details like that just show that this series is probably going to be incredible.

No idea how I didn't catch that the first 47 times I watched. Probably too busy staring at the puddle reflection.

Your post made me go back and examine it a little closer and you're right. I think that's the best image of him yet. It reminds me a LOT of Sal Buscema's art style for some reason.
