I kind of feel like we should stop talking about Faraci and giving him attention after he got exposed here.

Fighting on the show is very brutal, rough and tumble. However NO quick cuts. Camera lets us take everything in. And yes, in one episode there is an extended fight sequence that is all one take.

Also, this Matt Murdock never goes through any miraculous recoveries like Ben Affleck. When he is cut or wounded, the effects last throughout the series. And it takes a toll on his fighting abilities.

Also, when I say the violence of this show is R-rated, you will understand what I mean in episode four. And probably a little beforehand.

Well, so does DeKnight's "We call it PG-16. We don’t quite get to R, but we kiss right up to it." from a couple months ago still apply, in your opinion, or is it really well and truly into R territory (not just 'kissing right up to it')?

I have to respectfully disagree with DeKnight. This show blows right past PG-16 in terms of violence.

There's really just no F-bombs, no nudity. That's it.

No F bombs but do they swear at all? I like swearing with my violence.

You're getting me even more amped up for this, Vile One. Can. Not. Wait.

FYI,

The show does have an opening credit sequence and it is awesome. I think everyone is going to like how the opening turned out.
Knew it! Netflix has yet to disappoint on that front. Glad to hear it, though, thanks.

Still kinda, he dismisses anyone who disagrees with him. It's stuff like this that makes people dislike those trades. These 'scoopers' all come with huge egos.

Well, they have to make it up for the smaller parts of their body. :sly:

Henson is perfect in this show as Foggy. Here is a sample of his dialogue:

"If there is a stunning, beautiful woman with questionable character in the room, Matt Murdock's going to find her, and Foggy Nelson's going to suffer for it."

Also:

"You don't have the best judgment when it comes to beautiful women."

Today was a great day for the Marvel fans.

Let's celebrate properly:

Just saw the clip. Charlie's voice is really great. Don't know why that's one of the few things I've singled out through all the trailers.

I thought DD was MIA during Civil War?

On Widow

Cox adds that he'd also like to see Daredevil fight alongside Black Widow, but noted it might not be the most tactful decision considering Matt Murdoch's relationship with Page.

"Black Widow's an ex-girlfriend of Matt's" he said. "So...that would be awkward".

I was always confused with Danny and Matt's roles there.

Cool that Charlie brought up CW on his own.

Would love to see him there.

Me too, I actually want to see the Netflix characters in the big screen too. I'd totally be cool with an hybrid franchise that made movies and Netflix episodes.

It was Iron Fist, dressed as Daredevil. I believe Matt was in prison at the time.
Correct, Though I don't believe that was stated in the actual civil war comic so it's easy to make that mistake. I hope he makes a cameo in CW, he's vigilante actions is perfect for it.

So, Superhero Hype states that Daredevil's red costume can be briefly seen during the opening credits. I am surprised no other review seems to mention this. Also wondering if that intro showing the Red Costume might leak before the shows debut on april10th.
