He is also blind I believe, so thats probably what got Deborah Ann Woll interested in the show.

Oh I didn't mean it's not clear he has advanced senses but there are people like that in the world and blind people who can use a sort of echolocation what I meant was they seem to have done away with an obvious at any rate radar sense which especially in the film was a bit overkill.

I did read one review that described a brief glimpse of "red radar vision" in a moment in the fifth episode.

Yes, there is Radar Vision in the show. It's introduced later on.

You get examples of his enhanced hearing and what not early on.

I've bought Frank Miller's Man Without Fear on the Marvel app so I can ease the wait. I'm reading one comic before going to sleep. I didn't read the book back then, but my brother did and kept trying to get me into it with no success. I was just young back then, but I've been following Daredevil's books on and off since J.M. DeMatteis run. LOVE his Bendis and Mark Waid's runs.

The problem is Surfer, it is an animated rear over the shoulder look at the costume, and it's done in like an animated CG red, blood-like paint. It's not an actual image of the real suit.

That sounds so cool. Can't wait to see the opening.

As a fan of Frank Miller's run on DD, I'm glad we finally get a series that can do Marvel's Man Without Fear justice. I hope that after they're done with the rest of the Marvel Netflix series, they can give us a second season where they will introduce Elektra, Bullseye, and make the Elektra Saga the central storyline. Later on, they can do the one on Karen Page in season 3.

Considering the reviews this is getting Marvel would be crazy to not sign off on a second season.

I have a feeling you could do more before Elektra and Bullseye. Mr. Fear (I'm talking the Brubaker story) and Typhoid Mary can take up a whole season. Not to mention the storylines of Bendis's run which I can see happening later down the line. And of course if they were to base the final season off of Born Again that would be terrific.

DD should totally have a running joke of "troubled girl-friends" with Karen Page, Typhoid Mary, Elektra..... Matt doesn't choose them well

Well his current GF (Kristen McDuffie) is pretty well-adjusted all things considered. Hopefully she doesn't end up suffering the same fate that Karen, Elektra, Milla Donovan did and be fridged/driven insane.

Given that DeKnight is already looking ahead to possibilities for Season 2 in inteviews when Season 1 hasn't even launched yet, I'd say chances are good.
