This Friday (April 10), Netflix will release all 13 episodes of Marvel's
Daredevil. To help promote its release Vincent D'Onofrio, who plays Wilson "The Kingpin" Fisk, and Charlie Cox, who plays the Matt "The Man Without Fear" Murdock, participated in a Reddit AMA session.

Which Marvel cinematic universe actors would they like to work with on another Marvel project?
Vincent D'Onofrio: So far, all of them. I think that what Marvel is doing is amazing. I do have a soft spot in my heart for Iron Man. I know Fisk made a deal with him during Civil War, I'd love to see that happen. But one can only hope.
Charlie Cox: I really think Chris Evans does an amazing job as Captain America and I happen to think him and Daredevil would work well together. Other than that, Black Widow?...Can you blame me?
Their pet peeves on the set?
Charlie Cox: There was a big bald guy on the set that had really bad breath. It's weird, I feel like I can smell it now.
Vincent D'Onofrio: Little red outfits.
What was Vincent's reactions when he found out he would be playing Wilson Fisk?
Vincent D'Onofrio: I loved the character, I knew him from the comic books when I was kid. What really inspired me was the way Steven DeKnight wrote him. I looked forward to reading every script, because I knew the writing was going to be so good.
Were they given any comic books to read?
Vincent D'Onofrio: Given? No. We had to go out an buy it ourselves! (Charlie gave me a Daredevil graphic novel that I pretended I didn't have already.)
Why would Vincent recommend Netflix's Daredevil?
Vincent D'Onofrio: I would recommend it because it's a new way of doing a superhero show. It's something unlike what you've seen before.
Because of Steven DeKnight's writing and, as I said, the platform under this umbrella of Netflix. Netflix allowed us the time and gave us the care to get it right, so you'll have 13 hours of storytelling. That's something, when it comes to superheroes, you've never experienced before. And I believe that we took the time they gave us and we were inspired by the material. And in my opinion, knocked it out of the park.
Which Marvel movie would Vincent like to see his Kingpin show up in?
Vincent D'Onofrio: Civil War. I'd like to not just be in one, but the whole series. Also, since Spidey is back at Marvel, there was no other badder nemesis in Spidey than Wilson.
Describe Wilson Fisk in 3 words?
Vincent D'Onofrio: Child and monster.
What's Vincent think of Cox's portrayal of Daredevil/Matt Murdock?
Vincent D'Onofrio: I think that one of the great changes that Charlie made as an actor was to not divide the two-- Matt Murdock and Daredevil. They are one. I believe that was Charlie's choice, and an actor, and that was very smart. That unlike other superheroes, there's really no change when the vigilante outfit is on. He is Matt Murdock and Daredevil all the time.
Charlie's favorite Marvel characters besides Daredevil?
Charlie Cox: Since I got cast in the role, I have read hundreds of comics. There are so many great characters but some of my favorites are the following: The Punisher, The Purple Man, and Thor.
Favorite Daredevil comic book story arc?
Charlie Cox: I really love the issues when Matt Murdock is defending the White Tiger. It was so cool to read a comic book with such a compelling courtroom scene. I also have to mention Jeph Loeb's Daredevil Yellow. So touching.
What Charlie finds interesting about Matt Murdock/Daredevil?
Charlie Cox: I like to think that Daredevil is labeled the Man Without Fear by the public who see what he does but actually, he is a man who feels fear like the rest of us. I am impressed by someone who is frightened but chooses to act anyway.
His reaction to seeing the red Daredevil costume for the first time?
Charlie Cox: I can tell you when they showed me the first drawings of the suit, the hairs on the back of my neck stood up. I can't wait for the fans to see it.
His martial arts preparation for Daredevil?
Charlie Cox: My stunt double has trained in many different forms of martial arts. I learned from him a mixture of them all. I also wanted to incorporate a sense of the boxer in Matt, like his father.
Any campy Daredevil villains he'd like to take on?
Charlie Cox: I have no idea if it could ever work in our show but I would love to see Stilt-Man make an entrance. Maybe even Jester.
Parts of Daredevil's personality that he sees in himself?
Charlie Cox: In our show, we get to see Matt Murdock experience great inner conflict and doubt over what he is doing. Hopefully that makes him seem more human and is something that I relate to a great deal.
