Uh, fridge the show's female lead? We are well above the time when women were fridged for male superheroes' manpain.

Nuns will be setting up boxing gyms in their convents by the time that happens.

So is he planning to have a sparring match with his mother? And does she have a boxing ring at the convent? Maybe it's her idea of a confession box.

I wish D'Onofrio didn't speak with that voice but just used his normal voice. It sounds a bit over the top for Fisk.

Imagine he was in a movie with Bale's Batman doing his "swear to me!" and Stephen Amell doing his Arrow voice changer schtick.

All three of them in a room speaking to each other would sound completely ridiculous.

Paulo Rivera did that poster? Awesome. His art was a big part of what made the Waid Daredevil series so good to me.

That looks great, and Kingpin actually looks larger than life looming over DD in the background like that, just like in the comics.

But they should've had DD with Jessica Jones's scarf round his head instead.

I would've liked to have seen a poster like that with DD in his classic red costume.

I think it was also used in Iron Man 3 trailers for the Mandarin. But it's one of those pervasive phrases that anytime I hear it, I think it's from something else.

I think Iron Man 3 is what I remembered it from.
