My dream DD movie would be:

Daredevil: either Mathew Fox or the guy who was originally supposed to play DD, Matt Damon

Elektra: Monica Belucci (shut up)

Directed & written by Park Chan-wook (OldBoy, Sympathy for Mr.Vengance)

and based off of Elektra Lives Again

While I love that particular story, NO STUDIO would ever make it

And now, thanks to RR introducing him, he's directing The Spirit all by himself, when 4 years ago he wouldn't have been able to get a cup of coffee on a movie set.
But like you said, he's still unproven in that respect until Spirit comes out, so his name won't be on this particular table at least until then.

Maybe for a few quick shots, they use a double, but when you see his face, you can tell its Fox.

I think he said something in an interview about learning some martial arts of sorts. Forgot where I heard that from.

older heroes... hm, if they do this movie (which i doubt) theyll do it like the incredible hulk (a semi sequel/semi reBoot)... so being older is a great idea

i made a thread for this aswell since i thought Elektra deserved her own, at least i'd like to see a GOOD solo Elektra movie at some point anyway

ever since i've seen this pics(which i think are the best Elektra ones), i thought it looked a lot like Evangeline Lilly, so why not her to reboot Elektra? theres more pics by this artist somewhere but i couldn't find them. I've never seen her act is the only thing, so im just going off other posters opinions, and the majority here seem to think shes a decent actress

From what I've seen, which isn't much, she's decent.

But that probably isn't enough by itself for Elektra. She needs an actress who can sell herself as assassin who can hang with DD in combat. Garner can do this. I haven't heard of Lilly doing anything close to this in her roles.

Elektra should have been exotic looking. Not looking like some girl from Kansas (ala Garner).
