It's REALLY unfortunate that we didn't get Marvel's selection for Quicksilver for DoFP. In my opinion Aaron Taylor Johnson is waaaaaaaaaayyyyy hotter than this other guy. Can you imagine how...um, enriched this thread would've been with his ass in it? I believe that Aaron Taylor Johnson in any kind of form-fitting hero costume is a damn GIFT to all of Mankind...like on serious Oh My Gaahhh Levels.

Yes. A damned missed opportunity. I always envisioned Scott Summers as this well-endowed dork who didn't really know how sexy he really was--the true representation of a boy scout that gets the hot girl in the end. Aaron could've brought that to screen in a fabulous way.

Actually I don't think they allow the actors to do so. Those are candid shots from a filming sequence and I doubt he was wearing any because underwear could create wrinkles and mess up the seamless look of the costume. Similarly, Andrew Garfield stated that he was naked under his Spider Man costume and ditto for Henry Cavill's Superman costuming. I guess it's an industry standard.
