yeah, I just read the first volume of the Jurgens/Romita Thor run. They have editiors notes in issue 2 that say (see issue #1). It's really unnecessary and annoying.

Editors' notes should only exist when what they're referencing is in another book. Or something that happened like, 10 years ago.

Before she was Powergirl she was Supergirl..on Earth 2. When she grows up she becomes Powergirl or whenever she lands on Earth1. Just like Helena/Huntress was Robin as a teenager

That's not a bad costume at all. Some wonkiness in the design, and it needs a bit of a coloration change (mostly just some different shades of blue and red), but it's not a bad look.

Collars are IN right now. DC is just trying to keep up with the trend. Im surprised E2 WW doesnt have a choker aswell since that is basically her version of having a collar and something needs to go around that naked neck of hers.

jeez, it looks like that picture was colored with a hi-liter. I bet it doesn't look so bad when it's colored normally.

everybody complains about the collars, but i think the knee pads are worse in DC's fashion faux pas.

Well, Justice League was a dud. A vapid Michael Bay action scene is not what I want from a Geoff Johns comic. No mythology building, no strong characterization, no meat at all. Just punch punch, Darkseid defeated. Darkseid was wasted, too--and I don't like the implication that the story will continue in the present, wiping out the death of Darkseid in Final Crisis.

Yeah... this Justice League arc was just one big dumb action packed spectacle.

Grant Morrison already did that and did it better in the 90's. Jim Lee no doubt pushed the sales for this.

I seem to recall they said that the Crises happened, but happened differently. Either way, the point is that it's stupid. Everything that buggers up Batman continuity is stupid. Fact.
