DC Relaunching Everything? - Part 9

I think Dick's first tier. More people know Robin (the Dick version of Robin) than Green Lantern or Flash.

Yup...I'm quite sure just as many people outside the comic reading world know Robin as they do Batman, and though his name may not always be on the tip of their tongues it is Dick Grayson that they think of. In fact I doubt most people realize that there have been multiple Robins, thus Mr. Grayson deserves top tier status. The true top tiers are an elite and small group; Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman of course...with Flash, Green Lantern, Robin, Aquaman (yes many people do know him, he is the foremost water based hero; sorry Namor), and Captain Marvel (even though people still mess his name up, but not as many, since his recent exposure on DC cartoons and video games). From a historical sense it's too bad Martian Manhunter never rose to this, but DC's animated projects have done wonders for his status.
That's just my 2 cents.

Robin's first tier. But to the general public, I think he's on he same footing as Aquaman; yeah, he's first tier, but not really respected all that much.

Can we stop with this tier crap?

Lets just go back to A-List.

Good old Anubis. Always going straight to the A.

Yes
....and A list does sound better.

So if I'm not mistaken the past was changed in Flashpoint and then changed back with changes due to time meddling. So how exactly could that suddenly make an established straight man gay? I'm curious about that story but doubt it will be shown.

That would be more due to the fact that said established straight guy now exists in a whole other universe.

That was more due to purple hoodie chick merging and splitting apart universes.

So I just realised Grant Morrison must be a fan of Tiny Titans after reading Batman Inc

This makes me :hrt: him even more

And yay the Outsiders are still in continuity

If DC ever changed any gay character straight I would boycott DC forever

Off-topic, but I have really enjoyed the Night of the Owls event.

Sorry, Mysti. I think HH just proved that you can't read any DC ever again. Which includes Batwoman. What a pickle you're in now.

Nope because in the very next panel Obsidian revealed he was just joking and that he was of course still gay and proud of it

So I'll continue to read DC as long as they continue to feature lgbt characters including Batwoman :)

Dammit, I was so hoping you had never read that issue. :o

if any issue has a gay person in it, I'm betting Mysti owns it.

So, Alan Scott is gay. Which means he won't have kids. Which means that Obsidian doesn't exist. Way to swap out one gay character for another one, DC. You clearly thought that one through all the way.

edit: posted this before I saw it brought up in the Stupid Questions thread. It's still stupid.

Well, he doesn't have kids because he's much younger, not because he's gay.

Thats...a saying?

I think you just made it up.
