After some of the Legends are captured and thrown into a Russian gulag during the height of the Cold War of 1986, Snart (Wentworth Miller) leads the team in an elaborate escape plan to free their comrades. However, Rip (Arthur Darvill) gives Sara (Caity Lotz) a secret side mission that could prove not only to be a liability, but fatal to the team. Dermott Downs directed the episode written by Beth Schwartz & Grainne Godfree (#105).

Those towels are surprisingly good at staying on ;)

BTW, did their translators stop working? Everyone is calling them American.

I wasn't going to say anything, but this is the first episode that I really, really liked.

I thought about that but the translator would translate not speak in the correct accent.

Except it was essential last week for them to not be suspicious when trying to woo the doctor.

Now we can see how Valentina Vostok becomes Negative Woman.

The ending of the episode saved this one and it's a slobberknocker!!

This was an excellent episode and Cold is becoming my favorite character in the whole DCCWverse.

Another damn good episode. This show gets so much more done then it's sister shows I feel like.

Sadly Hawkgirl is still the weakest link but everyone else has been getting some great stories, most of all Sara. Rip using Star City to dangle over her head to get the job done was so wrong but oh so good.

Another solid episode but seeing the Star City of tomorrow has me geeking out. I want to know the fates of everyone on team Arrow but at the same time I don't. If something bad is fated for Laurel my god should Sara move heaven and earth to change it.

Also wanted to add damn it, if I don't love the Ray character.

A Diggle? A Diggle/Queen hybrid? Or just a random do-gooder inspired by Green Arrow?

Any guesses?

well with what happening now that their in 2040 ,we see it wasn't just Rip using star city. it seems in the future is star city is the seat of the resistance indeed as Gideon said. so it's not just rip saying so to get sara to do anything. yeah it's weird that star city is the seat of the resistance.

But it seem to be true now.

I'm guessing that's supposed to be conner and he may be related to the diggles.

yeah biracial (conner is a mix of white Asians and black) kid let's use diggles kid even though he seems more black here then bi racial.

but there are alot of flavor in biracial children. (I have it in my family.) let's see how this actor does next episode.

I'm pretty sure that's Connor Hawke.

I don't disagree. Connor is traditionally Oliver's son, but while the CWverse respects the source they do their own thing.

So this Connor Hawke might not be Oliver's son. Could be related to Oliver, Diggle, both, or neither. That's what I was asking.

good episode enjoying this more than the Flash and Arrow
can't wait for the next episode

Since the producers confirmed that Connor Hawke will not be Oliver's son, they got him mostly right.

Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow are getting better while Arrow and Flash aren't. With Arrow, it's Oliver and Felicity. With Flash, it's Barry and Iris. Both Supergirl and Legends have plenty of action and get stuff done.
