Happy mother's day!

Hahaha brilliant.

This has gotta win an award for most awesome pics in social media film marketing. Reynolds and these guys are just owning it.

That's not even an official still and probably just a stunt man doing a stunt, yet it looks great and just generates even more hype for the production of this film. If this film does great, I hope Fox considers letting Miller doing more work on their superhero properties, like X-Force if they ever get around to it.

There's no doubt we'll get a full Fox slate at SDCC this year for XMA, Deadpool and FF (and perhaps Gambit, if they can find a director to pick up the project)

DOFP put on a great show among great shows from other studios at SDCC in 2013, and this production seems to be going just as well as the last one so you can probably pencil XMA in along with Deadpool. Ryan should definitely show up in character like Andrew Garfield did in costume. Especially since he's so good as Deadpool and the costume looks perfect. It'd be funny if he did stuff with the other Deadpool cosplayers, since that seems like a popular thing to cosplay.

Forget the poster, imagine the first full trailer.

The countdown will be pure torture.

So with Ryan Reynolds being so commited to Deadpool, I guess there's no chance he's returning as Green Lantern.

I actually thought he was great as Green Lantern, even though that movie was horrible.

Oh well, I hope the Chris Pine as Hal Jordan rumour turn out to be true.

A quick question to those who know. If, say, you decapitate Deadpool, does he start healing from the head down or does the torso grow a new head? And what happens to the detached part, it just rots away like normal human remains? I'm just curious.

It's already pure torture!

The trailer needs to be kick-ass though, the comedy of Deadpool is going to be lost on a lot of people that don't know the character.

Wouldn't he just stitch those parts together. Its not like he regenerates complete body parts.

Yea he can regenerate complete body parts. He can still reattach whatever has been severed for a "quick fix". But yea, his body will grow a new head or arm etc if left longer.

So the body holds the regenerating powers? If you destroy the body, he should die even if the head is still around?

Eheh, I realize this sounds like I got a Deadpool problem and I need instructions as to how to get rid of it. :p

He's pretty much impossible to kill. On top of his extreme regeneration, he was also cursed by Thanos to have eternal life so Death can't be with him.

So even if he's just a hand or whatever, he'll be back.

Damn. I didn't know that. I knew he could reattach severed body parts and regenerate to "glue" them together or regenerate to fix his wounds like Wolverine.

But regenerating complete parts seems too weird for me. But whatever.

wolverine can actually grow body parts too but in a VERY slow rate. like the ending of Wolverine vs Marvel Universe when hulk ripped his arm off

Not much here news or info wise, but new interview with Reynolds on set
