Man I read those spoilers and now all hope is lost. Feel like I'm watching the end begrudgingly just to close that part of my life off now. I always used to recommend this show to everyone but now I think I will recommend they end it after season 4

Yeah all this is making me glad I haven't seen the spoilers, lol. I'd rather not know and just whine about stuff when it actually happens.

Also meant to post this last sunday. Once a show starts sliding down hill. It is hard not to nit pick the little things.

During the Masuka/topless daughter scene all I kept thinking was, I seriously doubt that she would get a job in Miami as a topless waitress with them small bewbs.

At the complete bottom list of complaints I would have, & in a better season I would not have even noticed, but it is just one of those things I thought was weird.

What I thought was weird was A) that she wouldn't have told him it was a topless establishment and B) that she acted oblivious to his discomfort at seeing her topless. Is she autistic and without a modicum of understanding of how these kinds of family boundaries work? I didn't buy that as behavior an actual human being would engage in.

Well it looks like those spoilers were true. **** sake. Actually to be honest even if I hadn't seen them I probably could still guess...

Like every single episode this season nothing really happened until the last 10 minutes.

And if it really is that Saxon behind all this he clearly knows Dexter or at least has something against him. But seriously what a poor ******* twist if that is true. We never heard of him and he has barely been in it. It's the pinnacle of a murder mystery killer. They are putting him in it just enough so we dont forget him to the point where it is clearly him. Plus they haven't exactly given many candidates to pick from...

Even any person who hasn't read the spoilers it still boils down to Vogel/Saxon. It is hardly gonna be Harrison or Masuka's daughter now is it.

And yet again the main complaint. It STILL doesn't feel like it's leading to anything particularly special.

I loved this show, in fact for me it was only really season 3 that I seriously disliked (I though 5 and 6 were pretty entertaining) but this currently by far is the worst. I struggle to get through them without looking how long is left.

I really don't know what to think at this point. I set my expectations low for this season, but I continue to be amazed at how much I find myself not being interested in something that was once so captivating.

Maybe it will play out better on screen. But seeing that the spoilers were true for this one, all I could think of was the dumb twists and other stuff we will probably be seeing in the next 4 episodes.

So there is a very season 1 feel to this... Brain Surgeon/ITK... ITK shows up for the first few episodes.... returns near the end... and has a specific song with meaning... "Born Free" and "Make Your Own Kind of Music" ... lol its like a ****** rip off.

the video from earlier this season will come into play... Quinn is going to figure **** out.... i have a weird feeling Zach was meant to replace Dexter... the BS was fascinated with Dex's ability to 'feel' with Hannah... Puts dead Zach in Dexters chair to signify the whole replacing things...

Well, when you consider that this episode she was dancing around with incense to chase around spirits in a homicide lab, I'm getting the impression that she's a free-spirited hippie type. And I promise you, as unrealistic as it may sound, there are plenty of people out there like that who would do exactly these kind of things without much thought or shame in them.

Yeah the daughter thing makes sense now. I thought it was weird when she didn't care but after seeing her in last nights it makes sense.
