Horror Dexter - Part 6

Resurrection is the best Dexter has been since probably what? Season 4?
 
Original Sin was okay and fun enough as a prequel series. Don't really see why it needed to continue.
 
Yeah, Resurrection is the best Dexter since long. Pity about OS though, really enjoyed that one as well.
 
Apparently, spoilers from the last episode have already been circulating online, courtesy of a Russian website or something.
 
Well, episode 9. Very well done, and tragic. Not without its moments of levity, either. I'll leave it at that.
 
I was just sad to see Batista go. Just glad it wasn't Dexter who killed him.
 
Is this really that good? I remember people saying the same about New Blood and I thought it was abysmal.

I loved the first four seasons but it was pretty much a struggle to watch anything beyond that, especially the last three.

I have given up on the show and dislike the premise of Resurrection but maybe I should give it one more chance?

Yeah it's really good.
 
While I'm still upset that we've lost Original Sin, my hope is that we eventually get a second season of Resurrection. Beyond a few hiccups in the finale, I'd say this stuck the landing. I'm glad that I went in blind and avoided the spoilers because there were some things that I didn't expect to see.

Between this and the now dearly departed Original Sin, it really does feel like Dexter is finally back to form. This has completely redeemed Harrison and made him into a way more likable character that I want to succeed.
 
Loved this overall and while it wasn't perfect I thought the finale was pretty satisfying. I'm someone who really enjoyed New Blood for the most part too but this and OS are a true return to form for this franchise.

It sucks that OS got cancelled but it we get more quality Dexter stuff like this going forward than I definitely won't be complaining.
 
Finished the season... overall it was a good season. A lot of it is thanks to the second part of the season, however i can't say i liked it. Too convenient, Way too many unbelievable coincidences. I also felt like we got dumb and hasty Dexter again this season. I don't like Dumb hasty Dexter.
Overall it was a good season, but i was mostly disappointed
 
Well, that was a satisfying finale. I can't say there were any real surprises but it was still everything I could have hoped for. I'm glad it got renewed. :)
 
I am sad they dropped Original Sin, that was such a good fun season. I loved having the original music, I don't get why they can't do 2 like The Boys franchise and some other shows. Resurrection is good too. I was hoping for more Dexter.
 
Resurrection hasn't even gotten an official greenlight for a Season 2. Before Paramount thinks again about expanding this world, maybe they should allow the new show to go on for some time- and officially renew it, for one thing. Again, if you're going to cancel Original Sin- after renewing it- at least be confident and go all-in on Resurrection.

Last thing we all need is to learn 'Wait, we're actually cancelling Resurrection.'
 
I would just cry if Resurrection doesn't get renewed. :(
