I am almost 100% sure it was not Trinity who shot them just because of his reaction to when he saw the news report about it.

Man I wish Rita would drop dead, most annoying character in TV show history.

I liked last night's ep but once again Rita was her usual annoying self. I was glad that the marital counselor didn't side with her fully as she was expecting.

Yet another great episode. The building of Trinity-Dexter releationship is looking good, and Lithgow is getting more screen time.

PS: This is a scary face:

I still believe the reporter chick is behind Lundy's murder. Last nights episode strengthened that for me.

They even had her look out the window at Deb & Quinn...like she was nervous. They are focusing too much time on her for someone that has nothing to add to the story otherwise. (other than flashing her breasts as much as possible).

I am now 99% sure it was Anton that shot them. What motivation would the reporter have to shoot them? She already has an inside police source for all info for the case and perhaps even future cases. I just don't see it being her, but you never know with this show.

Motivation could be that she is able to cover each murder and look good doing it. Or something else.

I could be way off, but I'm sticking with it.

I like the Anton theory bar one thing:

Deb has already dated a serial murderer from the first season. It'd be a bit repetitive and slightly convenient if she has once again picked a doozy of a guy to date!

Plus he gives off no signals, or any hints at all of being shady. If anything, he seems like a good guy that got owned.

It's part of Deb's character to date the wrong guys. That's who she is. She dated a married guy in season 1 and a serial killer that was really just using her to get to Dex. The only one that was right for her was Lundy. I think it fits well that another person she dated turned out bad and took the one she really loved away. It will mess her up and add even more to her character's flaws in future seasons.

He has a shady past. Outside appearances mean nothing in this show. He could have easily gotten overly possessive with what he went through last season and the way Deb helped him through it. Killing Lundy was suppose to push Deb back to him, but it backfired
That's my opinion anyways. The season still has a long way to go. And I am loving every minute of it.

I loved the ending. EsPecially where Dex just sort of looks at the camera, as if he's breaking the 4th wall. It's like he's closer to "having it all".

Decent episode but the worst of the season IMO. I'm really sick of Deb. I wish she died instead of Lundy. Every scene she's in she starts to choke up or full on cry. It's like the actress learned how to make tears, and every scene she's in she milks her one acting talent. Have you seen her in Exorcism of Emily Rose and Quarentine? She freaking loves crying!!

Laguerta and Angel are getting really tedious as well. I just don't give a flying f**k! All I really care about this season is Dexter and Trinity. Rita is becoming extremely annoying also. As much as I love this show...and I love this show alot...I kinda hope it ends soon. Like next season. Before I get sick of it.

Double Post....

But I'll add something.. Why did Trinity give Dexter the hammer and tell him to work on some wood when he clearly had an electric nail gun that he could have easily just used? haha.

Okay, I got it now, this will solve the Rita problem and the Deb possibly dating a killer problem.. it was Rita who shot them.. because.. (well I do not care why).. Dexter finds out has to kill her.. no more Annoying Rita.. ahh.. well one can dream lol.

I'm enjoying the Laguerta and Angel storyline. It's a neat little side story that gives them something to do. Plus it could be a sign of things to come...they have now signed off that they are no longer in a relationship.

I don't really know, but if the person I loved was gunned down infront of me and I thought I knew who the killer was (and then figured out it wasn't them) I'd be crying a bit too.

Dexter is the one who has little emotion.

I've noticed people just aren't paying attention to the side stories because they don't care about the characters. Trinity and Dex are such a strong angle that it makes all the other plots seem trivial in comparison, so you get people complaining that Rita's a b**ch when she's acting in a way that's logically illogical for a typical wife, and the gravity of Deb's situation comes across as irritating and whatnot because people aren't getting lost in the show. That's my only gripe with this season: the subplots aren't that interesting. But getting to see Dex face off against an older version of himself, I can deal with it.

I'm thinking he might get some kind of thrill letting someone else use the hammer that he killed with. Speaking of the hammer. I wonder if he gives the hammer away after every cycle? Good way to get rid of evidence.

Well, it's not really a new thing for her. I've always known her to cry at just about everything.

I think it was Quinn that did it. I really don't like the fact that they are literally it seems turing Quinn into Doakes 2.0. :whatever:

This is exactly what Ive been thinking. Something is up with Quinn and I think it is very possible that he had some motive to kill Lundy and shoot Deb. Dont know what it is yet but something is shaping up next week. Hell maybe he thought it was something that would get Dex off his back even though Dex could literally give 2 ****s about him

last episode was ok, not that great, all that *****ing and moaning rita did, turns out a small storage got her all happy :whatever: im starting to think it was Quinn who killed Lundy, he didn't like the dude and he ended up jacking both of them

looking at epi 7 preview i also agree Quinn is starting to remind me of Doakes

here is episode 7 preview

The ep was 'meh' to me.

Rita; god, how much more torture can the producers of the show inflict on us? Every time she was on screen i felt like i was getting root canal at the dentist! I hope the spoiler i read about her on here, turns out to be true.

Dex needs to get a few more ppl on his table this season, in between his study of trinity. That it was i think this season is lacking.

I definitely don't think it was Trinity who killed Lundy. Anton is the best bet right now; but if it's the reporter it might be a bigger shocker.

Is Laguerta's relationship with Batista really over? If so i say this sucks, cause every season it seems like she gets a new man, and then looses him. Her character is going through men like socks...starting to get monotonous.
