I voted I'm not sure. 20 years ago I would've said it's real! it's real!

You asked "are we real or fake"? I said "yes".

For me, the fact that we are is proof enough of being real. At the same time, there exist works of fiction that have a "real world" setting. In those fictional works, we could exist as well
I think, therefore I am.

Yeah, I must be tired or something. I thought I just asked if we were real. Now that you have clarified my question for me, I agree with your answer

I actually drove through the town today. Anyways, who knows. I do and the answer is I can't say.

Eh, it was a joke...the name sounds like something an 80s porn star would use.

many many years ago our planet was flat. right?

we are smarter. no doubt about this. a lot smarter. but we still are not the best. we still are limited. and because of that i think we can not say that its impossible.

When I was little my family flew to Vegas and we rented an RV and drove to Area 51, we ended up getting stuck outside the gate in front of the armed guards. 3 guys, no joke, all dressed in black, black glasses, came out of the gate in a hummer no more than 2 minutes after we got stuck. They helped us get the RV out and we left. I was 9. I definitely think something happened there but I'm not sure if its to the extent some of the public thinks.

that's sort of trippy

America's top secret military testing still goes on in that area I believe? Or am I wrong? But yeah you come within a given radius of that place they will shoot you on sight if you do not heed to their first warning... which is pretty much guns in your face to begin with. At least that's the impression I had.

Based on...?

I thought they still test their experimental aircrafts at that Nevada location. All the documentaries still talk about how that place is still up the ass in security... maybe they were exaggerating and the "guns in your face" was just a sarcasstic remark on my part, but the encounter the previous poster described above certainly doesn't suprise me.

Firstly, if we're talking about Area 51 that's in Nevada not New Mexico. Secondly, it's actually not uncommon for the US military to post signs like that even when the threat isn't that high. They do it for the shock factor and to keep kids away. It's doubtful that they are worried about being discovered and more worried about some people sneaking in and getting hurt because they're not supposed to be there.

There was a military base I used to live nearby that had signs posted as far as 30 miles outside of the base warning that non-military personal needed to turn around.

I believe in aliens, I mean, how much of the universe have we explored? Not much. So it's pretty ignorant to assume that in the vastness of space and the infinite amount of planets we are the only living things.

But do I believe in Roswell? Hmmmm...dunno. :D
