The art looks fine to me. It's just a different style more suited to the tone of Young Justice, as opposed to Daniel's more realistic style on Teen Titans.

speaking of titans artwork, check out this cover art from issue #6 of the battle for bludhaven. i really like acuna's style, but what i like most about this pic is that someone finally draws robin as a young adult and not a 12 year-old. i'd love to see him drawn this way more often. afterall, he is supposed to be around 17 years old now and most 17 year-olds, especially those who've trained as hard as tim has, are a lot more developed physically than 5'5"/130lbs.

you couldn't finish new frontier because of the art? but it's such a great story! you should really give it another shot. it's totally worth it. of course, i'm a huge fan of cooke's art style so maybe i'm a little biased, but the story was excellent as well.

well he's there because the titans save his ass from being beaten by major force

Acuna makes the same covers over and over again.

Heh, that'd be awesome considering Kyle kicked Major Force's ass all by himself. :p

yeah, his style's really slick and doesn't portray much movement, but i like his character interpretations, even if many of them look similar.

I thought the art in New Frontier was beautiful. It complemented the story perfectly.

that art looks so bad when compared to the current titans art

I like Nauck's style alot, especially how he inproved a bit when he drew in Teen Titans. Daniel's art is very realistic as you said, which I also enjoy considering the Titans now have grown since YJ. YJ was more of a teen book where they did things most teens these days occupy themselves with, Nauck nailed that down perfectly when he drew them. But, I agree, Daniel's art has really been great for the book thus far.

I thought both the art and the story was done well.

Given the choice between Robin boinking a crazy one-eyed chick, or his best friend's girl...

You can imagine why Ravager is winning.

Yeah lol, good point....Still I'd rather see tim with aquagirl, or stargirl. :)

Tim is Batman's detective heir. I'm sure he could've tracked down some of the resources necessary to create a clone, and the Titans Tower computers are obviously a big help. Also, keep in mind that there's nothing to suggest he's a scientific prodigy given that he's tried to recreate Conner almost 100 times now and they've all failed. The super genius part, well, he did uncover the Bat-family's secret identities his first time out, and he very nearly fooled Batman with his Uncle Eddie scam. I'd say Tim's got the makings of a super genius in him, and I don't think there's any set timeline on when that's supposed to start emerging.

Yeah, but that's detective super genius. Completely different thing from creating a fully functioning superhuman clone super genius. Now, if he was getting some super genius genetiscist to do it for him, that would make sense. But by himself is just pushing it.
