^^ Do you plan on getting the tentacle set? I don't think it's that expensive. Well, atleast not as expensive as some of the diorama's out there. I almost bought it last year, but decided to get a few other Spidey busts.

If I ever find it I'll get it. It's next to impossible to get. Same as this thing. Can't find this anywhere:

I was just watching SM2 the other night. Seeing as how Alfred Molina shows great interest in playing Doc Ock again, I was thinking it might be interesting if he were to don the tentacles again about 10 or 20 years down the road in a new Spider-Man series so that he could perhaps play the more elderly Ock.

I've never seen an elderly version of Doc Ock. And if they make a Spidey movie set in the future, I'd expect Ock to be not too old that he cannot still cause trouble.

Not specifically Ock-related, but I saw an ad last night for a new Law and Order spinoff. It takes place in Los Angeles and Alfred Molina's a member of the cast. :)

Also: Recently finished re-reading Return of the Sinister Six and watched some Spectacular Spider-Man last night. :hrt: Good stuff. Such good, good stuff. :otto:

HAZ! You elusive little minx, where have you been hiding yourself? :yay:

Which SSM episodes did you watch?

LOL! Epic. That's the second time I've seen a Simpsons version of Doc Ock.

Agreed. I've been lookimg for this everywhere, and when/if I find it, there's no dobut that I'll be getting it,

I don't like how it says "Doc Octopus." It's either Doc Ock or Dr. Octopus, pick one.

In the doldrums of Oh God When Will Quesada Go Away Land. :P :)

First several episodes of season 1; I'm going in order. Just got past the Lizard ep. :)

That is simply amazing Joker! Reminds me how much I loved Raimi's Ock and Molina in the role! I know some people complain that he was a sympatethic villain, but I loved the character anyway (and yes, I am also a fan of the comic book version of Ock)!

HA! So I guess you're not reading Ock's current arc where he's after the Osborn Goblin baby?

Nice. Plenty of Octopus to come then :otto:

So, what voice do you guys hear in your head when you're reading Ocks lines from how he is now in the comics?

I'm in the midst of applying MacNicol's voice to my internal voice cast.

Spidey vs The Sinister Six...and the Green Goblin.
If he survives that match up, he's immortal.

Doc Ock has been, and always be my favorite villian

I'll take this one step further. Doc Ock is also my favorite supervillain. Additionaly, in my opinion he is also Spider-Mans' one, true arch-enemy. The Green Goblin is an editorially mandated pretender to the throne. Goblin fans can talk about Gwen all they want, but Ock once tried to nuke New York on general principle. It doesn't get more badass than that.

Ah, back when Frank Miller still drew pretty well. Gotta love the Punisher getting Ockowned, too.

but he didn't and thats all the difference ;)

Bottom line as far as I'm concerned: Spider Man #19, where Doctor Octopus delivers to the Hulk the most humiliating, definitive ass-kicking he ever got. Not a fight, not an all out brawl, but a complete smackdown.
Most folks run from the Hulk, savage or not. Ock stood his ground and *****-slapped him into oblivion. That was more badass than anything Osborn ever did.
