I wonder if we will get a mention or two when it comes to Stephen Strange in Civil War? Because Civil War definitely has to tie into Doctor Strange somehow but at the same time I think it is safe to say that Benedict Cumberbatch will be in Infinity War Part 1 and 2

I hope to God Hydra has nothing to do with this. I'm seriously getting sick of them. When they threw them in at the end of Ant-Man I rolled my eyes. Enough already. Use some new villains. The less I have to remember that Agents of SHIELD exists, the better.

That was just an easter egg nod lets not make it more than it should be. I don't expect hydra to do a damn thing about strange. They saw banner as a threat and he's still running around out there probably without hydra goons chasing him.

Yeah but Strange he factors into Infinity War so him either cameoing in Civil War or even being mentioned at all would make sense or even a post-credits scene with him would also make sense in that regard

From everything I've heard and read about this movie is that they're going to try their best to NOT associate this movie with the setup and even tone of the MCU. Aside of being a MCU movie with the character becoming an important part of the next phase and him being in IW I don't think they are going to tie anything to DS before its own release. They want that movie to stand on its own.

We dont really need a post credits scene for him. His movie is in 7 months. And we for damn sure dont need hydra chasing him. Whatever part he plays in infinity war it'll be teased in his movie.

Feige already said her character is the audience perspective on things. If she's clea then we have all magic characters in a movie and nobody for the audience to closely relate to.

When I saw the Doctor Strange trailer for the first time weeks ago I was like it has an Inception meets Batman Begins type feel to it but also to see Stephen's origin being played on screen I just hope they don't make his character too cartoonish in that regard

If we had Lynda Carter as Linda Carter in addition to Benedict Wong as Wong, that would make this movie awesome. Now if only we could find an actor named Fred Dormammu to play Dread Dormammu.
