You know, as interesting as that article is, they haven't reasonably explained how..

Hannibal was able to move a hospital bed into Chilton's house without help. Those things are freakin' heavy. Not to mention his being able to move Abel around without him expiring too early. Or put a tree in a parking lot with no one seeing him....

I mean it doesn't make me like the show any less, but it almost seems like Hannibal has super powers or something... :p

But also, doesn't this show how dumb Jack and the FBI are being that they think Chilton, Who was disemboweled and now walks with a cane could be capable of doing all of this greatly strenuous work.

I never knew this show had such low ratings? Or at least what I was reading suggested it does. I hope nothing bad happens due to that because this is no doubt in my opinion the est show on TV.

As mentioned, there are other networks lined to pick up the show, if NBC drops it. It has two things going for: one, it is cheap to produce, and two, it has a considerable and vocal audience

That occurred to me too, and it would be a lot of work, but it's all entirely possible. The hospital bed might have had wheels, or he could have assembled in pieces. As to the tree, he might have used a Hiab truck. Hannibal's a resourceful fellow, I have faith he could pull of most of this stuff by himself.

The one thing that really bugs me, and has done since very early on in the show, is why all these extra-ordinary super villain level serial killers seem to operate in or around the state of Maryland. I mean, it's the F.B.I, they cover the entirety of the United States, why not move around to some different places? It's not like slapping "Austin, Texas" in some text at the bottom of the screen during an establishing shot is going to break the budget.

Oh cool I didn't know that! I'm much less worried now, thanks. I hate to see this show not come to its end properly, whenever that may be.

Three things actually. It's stable on a Friday night. That's all any network can hope for on a Friday.

The prominent audience (at least on social media) was what surprised me so much that the show had low ratings. It's trending nationally for the entire hour as well as times before and after. I don't see that in many shows really outside of Scandal each week and maybe a few others. Shows don't usually trend unless something big happens in an episode, for Hannibal it seems #Hannibal or some variation is always trending Friday nights.

I just cant figure out why NBC wants to drop it unless its disgusting dead bodies is pissing off their shareholders.

Well, we don't know that they simply want to drop it necessarily, they're just holding off on the renewal for whatever reason. We didn't get a renewal for Season 2 until 10 episodes into the first season. So... I guess we'll have to see. They must be enjoying the prestige the show brings to their network though, at the very least.

I think networks don't like to announce a renewal for one show at a time. It's always announced with a batch of other shows unless they renew the show for more than one seasons. And Hannibal barely started when the last batch was announced.

Holy **** this show is so damn good.

Each week has been knocked out of the park.

Well I watched the episode again and what I thought was a hospital bed was actually a gurney so that takes some of the load off. Still, it takes TIME to set these things up. It's a lot for one guy to do alone.

Yeah, did the FBI (along with the show's writers) forget about that?

I'd figure maybe like, an hour or two at most. All he'd have to do is prep everything and then carry it in from a vehicle, put it in place. If Chilton was at work for a minimum of 8 hours, that's more than enough time for Hannibal to break in and set up.

Try living here.

I'm not sure how that changes/disputes anything I said. Baltimore may have a higher crime rate than your average American city, but anyone with a passing interest in serial killers could tell you they don't all congregate in such tight areas, not in those kind of numbers.

It changes things 'cause joke.

Hugh sure was so pulling off some sexy in the end of the episode...

It's interesting seeing Will clean himself up in what seems like a pretty clear bid to seduce Hannibal.

I'm starting Season 2 tonight. I was gonna wait for the blu ray, but I just can't. I'm too hyped for it.

I also keep getting spoiled every time I visit the interwebz.
