In my mind, Abigail is the only one who is for sure dead. Jack probably survived. I'm split on Alana.

Abigail cheated death once, Hannibal giveth and he taketh away. Alana has a small role to play in Red Dragon, so perhaps she'll stick around. The question is whether she'd stick around for a SotL season.
