Given Wolverine's powerset, he always comes off as watered down in PG-13 movies. Only an R-rated film would do Wolverine justice.

Then again, he's so bad-ass that PG-13 Wolverine still amazes all.

I hope they adapt the first game's story with some alterations, all the movies based on video games that tried to be original sucked and the only that was in least enjoyable was Mortal Kombat, and that's because they used the story of the first game.

"National Treasure" writers Marianne and Cormac Wibberley have come on board to rewrite the video game adaptation Uncharted: Drake's Fortune for Sony Pictures, Atlas Entertainment and Arad Productions, reports Variety.

Neil Burger (Limitless, The Illusionist) is no longer attached to direct and is now concentrating on Summit's Divergent, says the trade. A new director will be brought on board once the Wibberleys finish their script.

The Naughty Dog game follows a descendant of explorer Sir Francis Drake, a treasure hunter named Nate Drake who believes he has learned the whereabouts of El Dorado, the fabled South American golden city, from a cursed golden statue. The search becomes competitive when a rival hunter joins the fray, then is ratcheted up several notches when creatures -- actually mutated descendants of Spaniards and Nazis -- begin attacking those hoping to learn the treasure's true secrets.

Charles Roven and Alex Gartner are producing for Atlas, while Avi and Ari Arad (the "Spider-Man" franchise) will produce through their Arad Productions.

Why don't they just get the writers of the games to write up a draft first. They're in part the reason why Sony want to make films of the games in the first place for goodness sake. I am highly doubtful about all of this.

She didn't exactly do a great job in QoS, at least in terms of accent. Plus her character was half Russian. I can't see her giving a believable Aussie accent.
