i haven't heard much about elaine grey's role in this film will she appear in any scenes apart from the ones in jean's house?

And we probably won't get any more information. We didn't have any info on what the Drakes were going to be doing in X2, so we probably won't find out anything about the Greys.

We know that Xavier/Magneto go to their house early in the film, in a flashback to 20 years ago, and we know that Phoenix goes back there after awakening.

To be honest i cant imagine she'll play much more of a role than the saying
"i don't know you where has my daughter gone!?!"

I always envisioned Lauren Shuler and Richard Donner to cameo as Jean's parents.

But I wonder if her parents love Jean for who she is or are mutant haters like Bobby's family.

I would imagine they knew how powerful Jean was when she was young, that's why they sent her with Professor Xavier.

i think she will have a few lines she is probably the one that contacts xavier because of her daughter and is present in the flash back scene and she likes eating ben and jerrys ice cream?lol

well we do see ben and jerry's ice cream in the trailer in jean's house which proves it must be inhabited unless jean blow up a shop on the way or her neighbour (stan lee) gave it to her as a welcome home gift when she made the water go up instead of down

one of the most touching moments in the DP saga is when Jean returns to her parents house and lets them know how far she's really gone. She's on the verge of insanity and her parents are totally bewildered and scared.

I'm hoping they recreate something like that.
