Yeah, she's a siren. Did you see the closeup of her whispering to Ike? I think that's what they wanted to get across, that her words are persuasive to the point of hypnotic.

a siren...I like that description, dead on, yet poetic :woot:

Out of the hundreds of millions of name combinations they could of come up with, they had to make something thats that similar to Sylar? :whatever:

Sanjog Iyer does NOT equal Paul Sylar even with the letter flip-flopping you seem to want to do.

yeah Iyer and Sylar cant be the same person. if i remember correctly Sylar seemed to have a Caucasian type skin tone while it was obvious that Iyer is some sort of Middle Eastern or Indian descent

nikki is the worst character on the show
nah i think Claire is the worse in my opinon. i mean like how much of a dunce does a blonde cheerleader have to be? she always seem to almost dies in one way or another and how many times does she have to prove to herself that she cant get hurt. like seriously y couldn't she just turn off the sink dispenser and wear oven mits...

It seems that the "Save the cheerleader...Save the world" slogan may come to an end with the next episode. After Ted told Matt to find the Haitian, I wouldn't be at all surprised if the next slogan is something along the lines of, "Find the Haitian...Find the truth."

Do Haitians really offer truth? JK.........

I think I'm just gonna give up on my quest of saying that this is a well rounded show. People are gonna piss and moan about something no matter what. I love society. No one can be happy about anything, there always has to be something to ***** about. Oh well. Cheers! Enjoy the show....or what you can.

Yeah sylar is white, a male and ("bless me father for I have sinned") a christian.

I dont think Matt and nuke-guy have tatooes, I think those are cuts, something was put into then like a tracking devise or some sort of kill switch.

Maybe Mohinders sister didnt die. His mother told Mohinder that she died, but maybe his mother doesnt know what really happened.

Anyone notice that Sylars watch was cracked?

I dont think Mohinder has powers.

Well, from the episode in which Mohinder and Eden breaks into Sylar's apartment, we observe pinned or tacked on his wall a newspaper article about/by a Paul Sylar, accompanied by a photo of a Catholic altar boy. So yes, Sylar and Iyer are probably two different people with two different abilities from two different countries.

Yes... It happened when he was trying to kill Papa Suresh in the cab. Wonder why he didn't use his telekinetic powers there and then.

I dont think Mohinder has powers.
I don't think so either and there's no evidence so far to suggest that he does.

maybe he has the power to find other "heroes"
Well, if he is, he's not doing a good job, is he? :woot:

Personally, I'm happy for him NOT to have any powers... He's a brilliant geneticist... that's skill enough and I suspect that he will be the one to help the others learn how it all happens and may be even enhance/control them at a higher level.

I concur.

Three pawn episodes in a row. Interesting.

Pawn episodes are the ones that serve to introduce new characters, flesh out older ones, set up a lot of ways the story can branch and, of course, throw us a good deal of curvebals to keep us from guessing what's coming next.

Exactly! He's like Batman. Only from India. And without a secret identity. And with a mother who is still alive. And without combat training. And with a teaching degree. And with an ex-girlfriend who apparently had him so whipped that he was willing to blow off his father's life's work just to fit in with her snobbish professor crowd. Wait... what were we talking about again?

Well, the Entertainment Weekly article I read hinted that the name of Sylar's true identity would gain more than 10 points if used in Scrabble, if that's any indication.

Arnold Schwarzenegger? :yay:

BTW, looks like Hiro CAN'T change the future, judging by the pic of him with the girl. He's been there, but in Ando's timeline she's still very mucho snuffo.

I agree...and i'm sure he won't have any powers...he's going to be more like a powerless Xavier...where is role will be to help people learn how to control their powers for the greater good.

Mohinder will be the Xavier to Bennets Magneto.

I don't see how this is the case. Very little of her story has involved her doing things for her kid's sake. She snaps when Micah is threatened, but you don't need to be a parent to understand that. I don't think her relationship with her son is very well developed at al...

I think her relationship to her son is greatly developed. It's a paranoid, over-protective kind of relationship. Normal Niki love her son and trys to take care of her the best she can...Jessica (was that her name) is the paranoid, over-protective side that will do ANYTHING to keep the kid with Nikki.

So, my dvr cut off the last minute...what happened at the end?
