"Sorry Sue. You have to stay behind. But you'll still get powers because reasons."
First clip.

I enjoyed it to be honest.
Is this an actual clip, or has it been heavily edited? If this is an actual clip from beginning to end as it will appear in the film, it seems like this has the same problem that was my biggest pet-peeve in the Tim Story films - there's no drama, no build-up, no anticipation, no emotional engagement.
In ROTSS the FF were facing the end of the World and it was dull and flat with no intensity, and that's exactly what I'm getting here - They're travelling to a foreign dimension and there's no feeling of intensity.

of course it is edited. Havent you seen a clip preview online and then it ended up being longer in theater? Nothing new here.of course it is edited. Havent you seen a clip preview online and then it ended up being longer in theater? Nothing new here.
Released clips tend to be heavily edited for EVERY movie, so it being the case for this movie is not a shock.
Oh yeah, so I guess Sue just gets her powers after the fact? Maybe they just didn't want a woman on their mission. Adventuring is for the men.
But seriously I don't know the context and maybe there's actually a clever reasoning for it. It's just another odd piece to this endlessly fascinating production and the bizarre ideas put it into it.
It is weird. If only Reed, Ben, Johnny, and Victor go, how does Sue get her power? Very intriguing.
I remember one of the first clips released for The Wolverine was the bullet train scene, it was under two minutes and a lot of people didnt really like it but when the completed version was shown in theaters.. it became one of the highlights of the film.
Personally I liked the clip and the cinematography of them entering the Quantum Gate.. and I think its gonna be way longer and better in the complete version. I think we will see Sue, Franklin and Elder talking to them before they enter the Quantum Gate.
This. Anyways, I thought the clip was good. The score was great though.

I guess when the three comes back... Sue tries to help them and she getsexposed to the energy from planet zero.
Just found out that Fant4stic is showing in 2 theaters in my country starting yesterday.
One of the theaters is 2 hours away from my place tho.
Wonder if I should go watch it? Hahahaha.

Go and then tell us how it is.
If the 100 minute runtime is right(it probably is), you'd be driving longer than you'd watch the movie.
And it might suck.
I'd wait it out.
