The thing is, we have Cohen convicted now of a campaign finance FELONY. Sorry Trump voters out there but as has been established in court Cohen is going down for a felony, not a civil charge. The only reason Trump is not being charged the same way as the originator of this campaign finance felony is because he won the election and is a sitting POTUS. The money Cohen used, and was ultimately reimbursed for, in commission of this unlawful conspiracy to hide information from the public during a political campaign and to hide the illegal campaign practices, that money came from the Trump Organization. There are a literal handful of individuals at the Trump Org. that could authorize payment to Cohen. One is Allen Weiselberg, Trump's longtime CFO. The others? They all have the last name Trump. Donald Trump, Don jr., Eric and Ivanka. Weiselberg has an immunity agreement with prosecutors. So that leaves the president's adult children as probable co-conspirators open to prosecution, not counting the president due to the (open) questions n as to whether the POTUS can be indicted.
