Trump is going absolutely bat#@#! on Twitter. I never really bought into the whole he's senile or crazy scenario. I've always just thought he was an awful person and an even worse president. Now I'm starting to rethink that. I also always thought we could just vote him out in 2020 and immediately beginning correcting everything he's done. But every long day of this, I think they need to get him out of there. Not in 2020. Right now. Every day he's there he makes America smell more like dog manure. Every day he's there, his supporters are going to get more and more emboldened. I'm serious when I say that I believe every day he's in there, things are going to get more and more dangerous

I felt this way ever since he got "elected", and things only get worse on a day to day basis for 2 years now. Problem is that the Congress is in his back pocket and he knows he can get away with murder and do whatever he wants without consequences, and the only way to slow him down is a Blue Wave in the Midterm Election. I pray that the Democrats can take over the House and take putting things in order, otherwise this country is doomed.

Someones had a little too much Fox News this evening.

People wont be able to vote him out in 2020 - the world as we know it wont exist by then.

Probably thinking Trump will get us into World Wars 3 through 5.

Yup, me too. The news scares me every day, and that's just the stuff we know about. :(

In other news, Grassley has unilaterally ruled that 1/3 of the documents they are reviewing for Kavanaugh are only to be seen by the Judicial Committee. Not the public, not even the other Senators.

It is almost as if they are trying to hide something that could prevent his nomination...

And in still other news, 300 newspapers have denounced Trump's attacks on them as "enemies of the people," including a few who actually endorsed Trump. Although of course there are a few who will blindly defend Trump to the bitter end too.

The Slidell Independent in Slidell, La., participated in the coordinated editorial — to criticize the endeavor and defend the president. "The national media still doesn't know what to do with President Trump, so now they are crying to the American people about the names they have been called," the paper wrote. "Maybe if they focused on doing their jobs instead of worrying about their precious reputation the American people might start getting real, honest journalism again."
Ironic that they are now themselves the ones publishing fake news.

Sounds like Omarosa might be dropping a Jarvanka tape today. :hehe:

Darn, it was just Lara Trump offering the job on the campaign after she'd been fired of course.

Kind of wish she'd get kicked out of anti-Trump rallies she shows up to.

Seriously. A friend of mine participated in a rally in DC a couple months back protesting Trump's child separation policy and tweeted about when Susan Sarandon joined the march. It was everything in me to not comment something snarky like, "Oooh! Ask her about how Hillary would have put children in cages too!"

After the whole celebrity hacking situation a while back... that phrase now terrifies me

But we can’t afford Meals on Wheels, or healthcare for sick children, or school lunches.

At this point the president using a racial slur doesnt make a bit of difference. Black voters hate him. Liberal whites hate him and so do Latinos.

Do they hate him more than they would any other Republican president?

Hey, it's only a few million more than we pay for him to go golfing at his own resorts.
If only there were a way to make Trump supporters and Trump supporters alone pay for the cost... maybe they would decide it isn't worth it to ignore Trump is acting like a dictator.

I don't know what sort of rhetorical jujitsu you think you are executing here but this kind of backhanded attempt at saying that those groups would've have disliked the Republican president just the same and with the same level of intensity is not at all reckoning with the reality of the statements or actions by the current occupant of the White House.

One may have had great differences of opinion on matters of policy or even criticism of personal and moral stances taken by George Bush, John McCain or Mitt Romney, the GOPs previous standard bearers. However the differences in general bearing and quality of intellect and character is radically, potentially dangerously different between those men and Trump. And people from the groups in question have more than ample evidence to support their particular disdain for this man before they even have to go to boilerplate ideological dislike.

All those socialist programs weaken the human spirit. Only space force will help our children evolve into viable candidates for the SPARTAN II program.
