Films you regret NOT seeing in a Theater?

I saw A New Hope and Jedi.

But, can you imagine how cool it would have been to see them when they first came out?

(With Han shooting first)
I sorta know what you mean. I wish I could've been around to see the mania surrounding it - with both Star Wars and Batman. When I hear people talk about it, how it was the summer of Star Wars, how you couldn't turn on the TV, open a paper, or go outside without watching, reading, or seeing something about Star Wars. That type of stuff, I would've loved to have seen. With Batman too.

I know. I was very hyped on it too. It wasn't in the OC or LA for too long..

^^^
Oh totally. We sort of had that with Phantom Menace and Sith but it would have been nothing compared to back then. Same with Batman.

Anchorman

Austin Powers 1
Austin Powers 2

Dude, Where's My Car. I mean, you just can't appreciate that the same at home on your DVD player, man.

Even though it was difficult (though not impossible) to get into R-Rated movies for me back then I really wish I'd seen my favorite movie, Dazed and Confused, in a theater.

I never saw the Matrix in the theatre, yet I paid to see the crappy sequels at the movies. That was God's way of punishing me for missing the first one.

Gotta love that God. :D

Most films I would have liked to see in theater that I didn't came out before I was born, so there wasn't much I could do about it. The exception is Jurassic Park, which I wasn't allowed to see because I was too young. I should've snuck out :(

Maybe you should've snuck in.
Unless you live in some bizarro universe where you see films by sneaking out of the theater.
