Adam X to me just was categorical of those over the top X-Treme, X-Citing, overdone characters of the 90s. He was like Gambit, blonde, bada$$ and tons of tatoos....oh and a ponytail. It did nothing for me. Its just lazy character design IMO

Except he was Shi'ar halfbreed with Summers relations(possibly) and an interesting power of being able to fry your blood while its still inside you.

wow....I am changed...no not really. He looks like X-Force except ten times worse. Yeah I have (X-Men 39) where we meet this guy (X-Force Annual 2 was his first excuse me). It is not my goal to change you. I like the character and all that hateraide you are spewing isnt changing my opinion.

I'm begining to thinks he's not a Summers at all. Just remember that Bru stated he was in front of readers' noses the whole time and the next character in uncanny cannot be reveled because it will spoil the rest of DG.


Also Adam X with all those claws looks like a mix of Wolverine and Vinilla Ice.

hmm....but Brubaker comfirmed it in his latest interview...even Vulcan confessed it infront of Scott...this is MOST interesting...can't wait for the Big Revelation...u could be right though,as I was hoping the same thing!

And I thought the third Summers would be revelead in the final issue
So, maybe Vulcan just thinks he is Scott's brother... or he meant "brother" as in "fellow mutant"?

But if not Vulcan, which other character we got in this limited series that could turn out to be a Summers?

No, Vulcan is a Summers. It's been said multiple times by Brubaker outside of the series as well. Just look at the recent announcement article of the new Uncanny team.

I don't think he would lie, but maybe it's not as easy as it seems. I was trying to come up with a explanation to this brother thing, and this is what I got: maybe someone else from that group of mutants was Cyclop's brother. Then, as it seems that all of them are somehow part of Vulcan (because of the powers), perhaps he considers himself Cyclop's brother. My guess would be Darwing is the 3rd Summers, as result of an affair of Corsair. Petra is a possibility too, since she was an orphan (she was, right? can't remember now...).

I was thinking the same thing that he has the memories of the Brother in him. I'lljust have to wait and see what twist there will be and hopefully as I have said I will not have seen it comming.

get ridn of the long hair the baseball cap and all th blades and spikes on his costume but keep the swords and knife on his lower leg and you would have a good character.

I agree. it was a bit overkill with the spikes, and baseball cap...but he was a cool character that need to be brought back
