I know, in First Class he has a full head of hair and walks. I don't think they are going to go with the falling out right out the gate, it's going to be a gradual thing over a few movies. There will be hints drop of a rift in their friendship, that's a given. I doubt Magneto and Xavier will become enemies at the end of the movie.
