Apparently, in the past, Karolina's parents made a deal with the Super Skrulls to have Karolina marry one when she got older. The Skrull who was to be her husband came to Earth to marry her, but she didn't want to go because she didn't want to go and because she revealed she is gay, but later changed her mind because the marriage would help keep peace between some alien nations and because the Skrull had no problem shape shifting into a female form to make Karolina happy. She left, and hasn't been back since, though we did get a glimpse of her life in space in the last issue.

I absolutely love the artwork. But yeah, it doesn't suit the X-Men very well.

I did not see a thread for this, so I thought I would start one. What does everyone think of this comic? I just got an email from Marvel about it today. I do not know much about it, but I am not sure I like the way they look.

I like the art, its different, but I also liked Scottie's art on New Warriors so yeah.

Ok, that cover is so frigging cool! I'm not digging the art on the second and third pic, though. But the title involves Runaways (my fave) and the X-Men all-in-one, I'll check it out, definitely.

It's not a horrible story either picked it up earlier and it wasn't horrible (though the franklin richards short was the best thing in the whole book!)
