They were aiming for OctoberNovember of 2016.

Delay is always bad, but here its a good thing.
Adding single player makes the game interesting for a even broader audience.

The game might not be a AAA title, but it looks decent.
If it can be successful, a sequel could happen and be really good.
I wanna give it a chance.

I've never considered a delay a bad thing. It's disappointing, but in the long run, it's almost always a good thing.

Delays don't really bother me either or mean "oh no it's doomed!" And with this case I'm not even made it's delayed. Adding a new MP map, adding Tommy Jarvis as a playable character, adding single player. All good news. And the delay isn't that long anyway. I'm ready

I thought it already had single player. Glad it's added on. I've never been a big fan of games like MMOs where multiplayer is mandatory to play.

The game was originally designed as an asymmetrical online multi-player game. Single player was a stretch goal that they did not meet. That they're adding it in now shows they're paying attention to their audience.

Yup, i saw it...was pretty cool.
The guys who played were pretty bad, but the overall game seems to be really good.

Im getting really excited for this game.

I've only seen Spring 2017 thrown around and I think the Preorder for it says the same.

Yeah, Hellion is right. I've only really heard spring 2017 thrown around but I haven't seen anything correlating to a super specific release date.

Either way, even if this got another delay, after seeing what the BETA version has to offer, it'd be totally worth it. As good as Jason from parts two, three and seven look, I can't wait to see how well they've rendered his design from part 9.

Been thinking that same thing since those streams/vids got released. DBD is good and all, but F13th just seems vastly superior in every way. And manages to do so with just one killer.
