It's definitely Edd. (With no more friends.)

I feel bad for Edd.

Edd: Yay! Got my friend back! What's the plan, Lord Commander?

Jon: **** this noise I'm leaving. You're on your own.

True, but with Marsh and Thorne dead and the Watch as emaciated as it is, I can't imagine there'd be too much chicanery.

I don't get why Davos and Jon were so cool about murdering a little kid, they should have done the honorable thing and send him away.

What's even more confusing is the fact there were way more stabbers and betrayers to Jon's cause, but only 4 people got murdered. Jon Snow literally only has a handful of friends at castle black lol, but i guess kiss and forgive for the rest of them?

6 people stabbed jon. At least 2 people died when the wildlings took over. With your out-of-left-field theories, it shouldn't be too hard of a stretch.

I ask again... What am I to be afraid of?

Well you did say Trouble:

I wonder why on earth I would be afraid of that?

Both ADWD and Episode 3 "Oathbreaker" spoilers:

The Hound got mentioned and Cersei said "trial by combat" while looking at Frankenmountain.

ALL ABORD THE HYPE TRAIN. LAST STOP!!!!

“You are not the queen, because you are not married to the king. I do appreciate these things can get a bit confusing in your family.” - Lady Olenna delivering those burns.

So how many more seasons do they have planned for this show?

"shortened 7th and 8th seasons"

How short are they going to be?

Think I read somewhere that there will only be 13 episodes left in the series after season 6.

I love the good jokes they've had the last 2 episodes.

Huh.

Well I hope they know what they're doing. They've got a LOT to wrap up.

Yeah i read an interview with D&D stating that 13 episodes left after season 6.

I would say if thats the case, better do a 13 episode final season, instead of spliting it.

Forgive my english

The rumor is that it'll be two seasons of 8, so 16 total episodes.

I'd agree, especially if they're sticking to their usual timeframe in terms of production.

They most definitely know what they're doing, but it doesn't mean we're going to agree or like it.

I wonder if they're planning on shortening the last two seasons while maintaining the same budget as a typical 10-episode season. I assume they'll have a lot of large battle sequences to take into account.

I agree. They could even split that season in two parts of 8 episodes within the year (instead of being two seasons). Like TWD does.

The question is, does coming back after your own murder get you out of your vows? Can he really just walk away without being called a deserter?

They are contemplating that, no decisions yet, see:

Season 7 would have seven episodes, and Season 8 six. Terrible idea. The seasons are already way too short IMO. One would think that there should be enough material to come up with five more episodes, and they just need to squeeze more out of GRRM if they are at a loss for ideas.

If they can't come up with more, then I would make Season 7 the standard length of ten episodes and release a three-hour movie the following year to wrap everything up -maybe even release it to theaters!

10 doesn't have to be a limit either and they could make one more 13-episode final season.

Yeah the vows are unto death. He has died so his Watch has ended.

Besides, Edd or anyone else isnt about to try to stop him and debate the finer points of the vow.
