Its not that cool, its alright for midrange but it kinda blows... and its rly only cool to stab people with but thats kinda noob

Really? I find it awesome to use as a machine gun equivalent of the shotgun. It's got serious firepower up close, and it's fairly good just for firing from the hip when you're in the midst of combat, plus the melee attack has two hit stopping power and it staggers the enemy for slightly longer than a regular melee does.

Your opinion. The hammerburst is awesome too. Personally I like switching around frequently just to suit the play style of the enemy team. They make it so easy to do.

Yeah. I wish there was at least ONE Horde mode map in the beta, but that's just me being greedy. They have no reason to test that in the beta :P

Greed is good in this case lol. The beta could help iron out the 10 million glitches that we got on Gears 2! Horde is after all the most played gametype.

Yeah, but I never had any horde glitches in Gears 2. It was only the competetite MP that really needed smoothing over.

From what iv seen and heard it looks awesome. Plus i am a noob so that bayonet is gonna be right up my alley. Its also a cool looking weapon.

The Retro Lancer is my go to rifle in the beta, closer range it puts guys down really quickly.

Played a couple games this morning and I had a blast, I wanna play more but I got finals tomorrow plus I need to finish this paper which by writing on this board is only making me put it off even more.

So far my only real problem with the game is that the spawns can be god awful sometimes. There are times where I spawn and then quite literally a few seconds later the other team will spawn right behind me. Its a system that works for the most part but I'm noticing more and more how the other team is spawning on our side while we're there.

Haven't had that issue yet, but it's definitely something that would be a problem.
