The directors themselves have already stated a long time ago that this will be PG-13. Like others have said maybe the Blu-ray/ version will include an Unrated Cut but the theatrical will be PG-13. While I would prefer an R rating for pretty much any serious, dark, or violent film I would also say that if the director/directors know what they are doing you can get away with a hell of a lot with a PG-13 rating these days. Take a look at comic adaptations like The Dark Knight and X-Men First Class. I thought those films had pretty dark and violent things in them and First Class even got away with an F bomb...ha.
First Class got away with so much crap. The coin going through the head, especially. IN SLOW MOTION.
Green Hornet said the word s*** 15 freaking times. Plus, they might intend it as a PG-13 movie, but it might get rated as an R.
