This flick looks terrific, little disappointed that Danny Ketch is a kid, but overall looks swell and very R-rated. (fingers crossed)

Sadly, it's gonna be PG-13 but other than that, it could be a really awesome film.

One thing I and many others seemed to miss in the trailer was that Cage seems to have dropped the southern/old west accent, he seems to be using his normal accent in the trailer, maybe an indication of how different a direction they are going with this.

No, Nic Cage is awesome. Even when he's terrible, like in The Wicker Man, he's more fun to watch than 90% of the actors out there today.

Oh, and Bad LT Port of Call New Orleans cements him as the most brilliantly insane genius who is beyond awesome ever.

^ This. I hated him for a while, because I kept giving him the benifit of the doubt, and he kept pissing me the **** off (Next and Ghost Rider are horrible...even Cage is boring)

However, once he jumped on Kick-Ass, he's been on a badass streak of awesomeness.

I loved Drive Angry, and Bad LT.

Why would there be a full trailer? Movie doesnt come out till next year. If anything, either one in December, or January.

Punisher War Zone had that too. Hopefully this will be a more successful film. I know War Zone wasn't a great film but it was really fun to watch.

Maybe the Blu-ray release will have an uncut version. I'm pretty sure this will be PG13 like the last one...but a 'darker' PG.

From the looks of it, this film'll be R-rated, as it should be.

The directors themselves have already stated a long time ago that this movie will be PG-13. Like others have said maybe the Blu-ray/DVD version will include an Unrated Cut but the theatrical release will be PG-13. While I would prefer an R rating for pretty much any serious, dark, or violent film I would also say that if the director/directors know what they are doing you can get away with a hell of a lot with a PG-13 rating these days. Take a look at comic adaptations like The Dark Knight and X-Men First Class. I thought those films had pretty dark and violent things in them and First Class even got away with an F bomb...ha.

I friggin' hate that. I might just wait for dvd now. Don't like seeing a cut version of a film in theaters.
