Glee Episode V: The Sylvester Strikes Back - - - - - Part 14

Well, with the way Glee is these days from what I see, Naya ending up on something like Devious Maids would be a step up. :o

Indeed. With the way SpideyFan was talking about them never being at the same level they are now... please. They might never reach the fame level of when Glee was at it's peak (season 1), but at this point, the show is a weight around all their necks.

Oh please, you know you're not going to be surprised when Melissa Benoist is starring in Part of Me: The Katy Perry Story. :o

As for the CW, you have to give him some credit. I never would've expect, of all the younger cast, for Grant Gustin to be the first to land their own series.

I don't even consider ND 2.O as part of the glee cast that's how useless they are to me.

Its weird, she keeps getting these movies with big celebrities but none of them are actual big films. She's surrounding herself with the right people but I guess she isn't really into the bigger projects.

That's mainly due to the fact that she was really the only one smart enough to make a semi-clean break once the character graduated. Everyone else just keeps popping up whenever Ryan rings his little dinner bell. Dianna's appeared, like, 3/4 times since graduation in season 3.

Yeah but that is also because it seems like the others (apart from Harry and lesser extent Colfer) just arent interested in doing that many projects on the side.

I think Colfer will for the most part quit acting after he is done with Glee, I dont see him doing that many projects where he has to be in front of the camera.

Good. And Darren can go back to pissing off everyone on Broadway.

"Glee" star Cheyenne Jackson marries beau Jason Landeau http://huff.to/1DbRHoe
Yeah, that "Glee star" who was in, like, four episodes, three years ago.

S***, he was probably in more episodes of 30 Rock...

Lol it's always funny when they do that. Like that random guy years ago who was in 1 episode of Power Rangers killed someone and all the articles said "star of Power Rangers"

Or the extra on an episode of the Walking Dead who tried to send ricin to the president.

Homecoming was written by Ryan Murphy and directed by Brad Buecker
The grads come back to Lima for Homecoming, including Mercedes, Artie, Tina, Puck, Quinn, Santana, and Brittany.

Brittany and Santana are still a couple. Puck and Quinn too.

Karofsky and Blaine are also still a couple. No major movement in their storyline in this episode.

Kitty Wilde makes an appearance! The first newbie returns.

Spencer (We revealed some casting news HERE) and Roderick are back after making their first appearance in 6×01. We meet the rest of the McKinley high newbies: the quirky Jane and the twin cheerios, Madison and Mason.

The grads return to Lima after Rachel asks them to help her recruit new Glee club members.

Quinn, Brittany, Santana and Artie recruit the cheerleaders. Kitty is the HBIC. She’s very bitter about how she was treated by the Glee grads and by Artie when he left for college.

Sue forced the rest of the Glee club newbies to transfer out of McKinley after she disbanded the club.

Puck, Quinn, Sam, Tina and Mercedes attempt to recruit amongst McKinley’s Christian tea party.

Kurt has a one-on-one recruitment session with Spencer. Kurt feels Glee paved the way for the kind of tolerance that allows Spencer to be out and proud. Spencer insists that he paved his own way. They don’t part as BFFs.

Sue tries to convince Spencer to help her destroy the Glee club.

A power struggle emerges between Rachel and Kurt. There’s an issue over whether the two will be co-directors, or if Kurt will be an assistant.

Rachel, Kurt, Blaine and Sam have dinner with Will. Despite being rivals, they pledge not to undermine each other. Kurt is uneasy, but he keeps his cool in Blaine’s presence.

Jane is initially a Dalton student. She wants to become a Warbler. Blaine is actually really supportive, even enlisting Rachel to help her Warbler audition, but it is the rest of the all-male club that resist admitting a female. Jane ends up defecting to McKinley.

After the defection, Blaine accuses Rachel and Kurt of purposely undermining him.

Roderick is a senior, and a transfer student. He’s a shy fat kid, smart and nerdy. But when he sings, imagine Jack Black or Joe Cocker. He auditions for Glee club, along with the Cheerio twins, Mason and Madison.

How would Jane even get accepted to an ALL boys school?

So Sue kicked out the rest of the season 4 newbies? Wow...I guess that's one way to explain away their absence.

Note to writers, all-boys schools don't have female students.

And I see they have hit Sue's reset button for the billionth time.

These writers are so freaking lazy and stupid.

havent watched since early season 3 and stopped because the newer cast was boring and the stories became lazy as well. Became too much about what song they were gonna cover and what guest star they had. Having read these past couple pages, its gotten worse I see. Its a shame given how this show started out the very first episode and just went downhill so fast.

Kitty is coming back? At least that's one thing to look forward to for me.

Jane audition sides
Jane: You’re Mr. Anderson, right? Hi, I’m Jane. I am new to Dalton.
Blaine: What do you mean, you go here? But you’re a girl.
Jane: You’re very perceptive. My dad went here, and two of my uncles, all three were on the Warblers. My dad, uh, he still has his little blazer and he used to roll up his sleeves and let me wear it any time we all do old Warbler routines. But then there I was stuck at one of the lowest performing schools in Ohio with no arts, no music, and so my parents brought on a Title IX lawsuit against Dalton Academy and won.
Blaine: Wow! That’s shocking and—and amazing, that’s amazing.
Jane: Thank you, it’s nice to hear. Anyway, I spoke with the Dean of Performing Arts and he told me to come talk to you. I want to be a Warbler.
Blaine: Jane, I’d like you to meet Rachel Berry, the greatest performer I’ve ever known.
Jane: Oh wow, it is so nice to actually meet you, Ms. Berry. You’re a legend.
Rachel: Not everyone shares that opinion these days, but thanks. I couldn’t be more honored to help.
Blaine: Jane, you are really in the best hands possible. I think my work here is done. I’ll leave you two ladies alone.
Jane: Before we get started, I just, I have to ask, why are you helping me? A McKinley alum helping a soon-to-be Warbler?
Rachel: Even though we are mortal show choir enemies, I’m a woman before all that. And I figure you’re fighting this fight for all of us girls. There’s a packed house out there. Show me your presence.
Rachel: Now perhaps the most important thing: Your song.
Jane: Well my family has this tradition of singing “Up, Up and Away,” which is hard because…
Rachel: That song isn’t you.
Jane: Not even close!
Rachel: I can’t tell you what to sing. I learned that it’s a feeling someone has to have with a song. Let me see your phone.
Rachel: Sam Smith’s “Stay With Me” is the most played song you have…
Jane: Oh my God, it’s my favorite. I mean, it’s like incredible.
Rachel: I think we just found your audition song!
Jane: Okay!

And this guy (Marshall Williams) is rumored to be playing Spencer, the gay football player who owes his entire existence to Kurt.

What sparkling dialogue.

Also, what the hell is up with Murphy's fixation with NeNe Leakes?

Saw Matthew Morrison in the audience for the Big Brother 16 finale.

I didn't think it could be done, but a Glee actor has actually appeared on a show that makes Glee look better by comparison. :o

Apparently Santana is going to propose to Brittany in 6.03 and she'll say yes. LOL, after all Ryan's bashing of them on twitter.
