Grand Theft Auto V (A.K.A 5) - Part 1

IGN has compared Blaine County to the area I live in, the Antelope Valley. I don't know if to be pleased or offended but I know that I'm excited t:

As long as it has Max Payne's shooting and tweaked driving mechanics as well as characters that aren't unbelievably annoying Niko and his cousin than it should br fantastic. Still looking for a gta game to top Vice City

I agree. Vice City had the best characters, story and theme. I really hope GTA V can top that.

San Andreas is mine. You got to do so much in that game. And the storyline was awesome. I don't know how many times I played through it. Plus I loved taking over the gang areas.

GTA III is my favorite.

That game blew my mind. I always dreamed of a sandbox game like that and it finally came true. I played it non-stop for over a month.

-Well the shooting is suppose to be improved including the cover system and so I don't know about being like Max Payne 3 But at least better than GTA IV's

-The driving is suppose to feel like a racing game&just an overall better mechanic

-So far the only annoying character could end up being Jimmy(Michael's son)But may not be too bad and at least he's not a main character/protogonist

It sure seems it has MAJOR potential to not just beat San Andreas But blow it away to pieces,My personal favorite GTA game is Vice City and I think V could also blow it away!

Interesting. My favorite GTA protagonist was Tommy, but my favorite game was San Andreas. GTA2 is a close second, that game was loads of fun.

Decent read,The screenshots in that article looks new to me,I really can't wait to cruise/fly&explore that map..Plus diving in the ocean to explore under water things!!!

That's really exciting. Each time I start a new GTA I have a little tradition of going for a walk after the first couple of missions. Get some basic gameplay and story out of the way, save and just have a little explore. I almost feel like this time around I should head for the nearest body of water and leap in.

I wonder how the 360 is going to handle this game. i don't mind disc swapping if its like max payne 3. i just hope you dont have to disc swap when driving from one side of the city to the other.

I'm wondering now if there's controllable NPCs in the game....Trailer 2 seems to spend a good bit of time with Michael's goofy son, who apparently is along on at least a couple of the missions; and I reckon that Rottweiler belongs to Franklin, and it seems to be part of some of the missions. Will be cool as hell if we get "Doggie-cam" and get to play as the Rottweiler.

It happens halfway through the game sort of like LA Noir not a big deal. Max Payne 3 is awesome

What is that Max Payne 3 Crew thing about for it's multiplayer?,We can use it for GTA V's online But what does that exactly mean?
