I like how Thanos looks. Although they changed his headgear a bit he still looks awesome.

I am talking about his face and helmet. It looks different. Thanos was more "generic" the first time around. Now the look is refined.

Well, I'll be seeing Guardians myself in less then 12 hours. Can't wait to see Star-Lord, Rocket, Groot, Gamora and Drax on the big screen. I have had a couple of years to get use to the idea, and it still seems strange. But in a very good way.

Seeing this at 7 tonight. I am so pumped for this movie. I can't believe two years ago when they announced it I was just like, "Huh?"

If Marvel can pull at least $65 - $70 million opening for a movie people had no clue would go over, then I'll gain an even newer kind of respect for them.

Ant Man will be the next big leap.

Yup, absolutely loved the movie. Best diversion by a character in a movie ever, by the way. Anyone who's seen it knows what I'm talking about.

And yes, the diversion was fantastic

Everything in this film is earned. From the comedy to the action to the emotion. It all just works. Even after getting hyped up the last few days the film still stunned me. I think Ronan has been underrated, for example. His motives and ideals are clear and compelling. He looks awesome and is a very imposing figure. More time could have been spent with him, but then we'd miss out on more time with the Guardians.

I think if I didn't know what was coming, I'd be a bit more crazy with suspense. But considering I know his role, and now what he looks like, I am a bit more stoked for other things.

Still, can't wait to see him.

Nope. I am in the US, watching it at a 7pm showing today. One of my favorite new things for big releases, late evening Thursday showing. You get a good crowd, but avoid a huge one. At least where I live.
